The hotel was in a great area easily accessible to the city which we loved the staff was very nice and helpful as well
however the bathroom did have a very bad scent most days and we couldn’t control the hot water when it was too hot also it was really small and the mirror in the room we stayed in was pretty small couldn’t take a decent pic.

I had an issue with my expedia booking being in the system but the front desk officer had suggest me an room for the night and in the morning the problem was resolved. I suggest to chose the room with the panoramic view. You will have an awesome view.

This place was everything I needed, a place to shower, a place to sleep and it’s centrally located. It wasn’t the most extravagant place I’ve ever stayed but it’s exactly what I expected for what I paid.

This is a cool little hotel with lots of history. Located in the city's heart, you can walk everywhere from the location and ample parking. It has 2 pools and a nice beach/pool at the top of the hill. My only complaint is they don't have mini-fridges in the room.

The penthouse suite has a great ecstatic and has a lot of utilities inside the room with a good amount of space. The breakfast was tasty and a decent variety. The lighting in the bathroom needs improvement and TVs need to be configured properly as navigation on channels proved difficult.

Hotel location is very convenient. Hotel room that we booked came with table top induction. That coupled with the mini mart makes it a great place to relax if you don't want the hassle of traveling or renting a car. Short walk to punda as well where all the stores and tourist shops are

Great place

We had booked a standard room and were bumped to a deluxe apartment when we arrived. The room was really nice and modern. The hotel is within short walking distance to Punda and the floating bridge. The urban beach pool was really nice and we used it lots. The only concern I had was where we parked, to get out was a very tight road with some blind spots and always made me a little nervous coming and going.

Excellent for the money. Wonderful people at the desk and the store and in the car rental. Very charming place. Needs some upgrades and the big empty lot takes away from the cool factor.

Garbage & cigarette butts, empty bottles around both pools. Waitresses rude & don't make you feel welcome, stopped going to restaurant 2nd day.( we were there for 3 weeks) front desk ladies rude and lots of attitude. Louises, front desk were great Housekeeping staff awesome, very friendly. J.J. & Russell also great, bartenders.

Had a wonderful stay at the ritz village! Clean room, great location and super friendly staff! Walking distance to shops and food, yet far enough away to avoid hustle and bustle. On site beach pool was great! Franklin is the best host to enjoy your evening lounging by the pool. Note: We did not have hot water in the shower, not a big deal but unexpected.

I like that the property was easy to locate and it's central in downtown area. The location is great with a nice view depending what you booked. Because i book a panoramic penthouse and it was great option for the money. Only thing is that they need to provide daily shower towels. But the pool is clean and located at the back and it's nice a quiet for relaxing. If you have a car it is safe to park at the Ritz and no extra fees for parking. Security service or guards are on top of there job. The make sure that only guest are parking inside and also at night the main gate are closed with security guards outside will let you in. Well I must say that we enjoyed our stay.

Bathroom was the WORST SMELL ever and I used to live in Asia. Automatic door locks were sometimes finicky. Appreciated a room up grade and free ice cream at checking. Pool area was unique with sand around pool very pretty. Front desk staff generally seemed grumpy and bothered by guests.

A local called it a “crack house hotel”! Not nice. Old rooms are disgusting. 8 inch drop into room. Curtains are old and gross. Just run down and not nice at all. Restaurant closed at 10 pm, could not get food. Long walk to find anything else. Very disappointing, pictures on line gave a different impression, very deceiving.
