The manager was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and she allowed us to leave all our luggage while we explored Rome until the room was ready. Convenient location as well. It was a short stay but we really enjoyed it!

Great location, walkable distance to shopping,, metro, bus station and restaurant. Room is clean. The vanity counter and faucet needs some TLC, but overall deaign is nice.

What drew me to this hotel was the location but also the fact that it is marketed as « soundproof » 
this was a lie. The walls are paper thin. We got unlucky and had a family in the room next to us and the baby woke us up every morning at 6 am crying. It felt like we were literally in the same room as them. We could hear everything that went on in the hallway. Besides that the hotel is very basic, our room was facing the Main Street which was SO noisy when we opened the window to get fresh air as there was no air conditioning in the room the 3 days we were there. I would say if you want quiet this may not be the hotel for you but everything else was ok, very basic.

Likes - Fantastic Location- walking Distance to most of the main attractions. Staff at the hotel were welcoming! Good size rooms & bathroom. I was very pleased there was a bath in the room - after a full day walking this was perfect. Breakfast was ok, there was something for Everyone. Dislikes - nothing major - a little mould in the bathroom. Suggestion for the TV to be connected to the internet so you can stream channels.

Friendly staff. Only recommendation would be for the water machine to be available 24/7. It was very hot during our trip and air con wasn't great so chilled water being more readily available would have been helpful.

Great location but


Staff was accommodating, but could not get WiFi to work in the room, as far as location it was minutes away from Trevi fountain multiple restaurants, Spanish steps and multiple shops. Not the best, but definitely not the worst, a solid 7/10.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Elite! The service was very good, everyone was very helpful and kind. When we arrived we got a map of the city and a run-through of where the popular attractions were, as well as some tips and tricks to help us navigate the city. When we were leaving we asked for help with booking a taxi to the airport, which went very well. The lobby had baked goods, fruits and a juice machine which was complementary of the hotel, as well as the contents of the mini-fridge in the hotel room. The room was very nice and clean. The only less good things were that the walls were thin which meant that we heard everthing that was said in the next room, very clearly. The other thing was that we were unsure as to whether or not we could use the elevator, since we got told it was too small for the three of us and our suitcases upon arrival, which we thought made sense. So i guess you could say it was our fault for not checking if we could use the elevator during the rest of our stay, and it resulted in us climbing 30 steps to our floor every time we went up during our trip
 So the elevator may actually work, but we for sure got some exercise ;) Overall, we are very pleased and would like to thank Hotel Elite for making our trip a memorable one. :)

First of all, you have to go to another hotel and trek to another location to checkin or have breakfast. The hotel looks deserted and feels like you are the only guest stupid enough to check in. I do not recommend this place and there are a lot of other hotels near it that if i knew would have chosen otherwise.

Staff spoke English and gave recommendations for food/activities. There's AC but it's not very cold or strong so they brought a fan which helped a lot but it was still warm at night since it was 100 degrees. There's a mini fridge and it kept drinks pretty cold! Good size bathroom and bed. Elevators are TINY so we took the stairs. Free juice/water machine from 9am-5pm.

Ended up being upgraded to a better room. Only issue was that the AC was badly connected to the room window meaning that it needed to run all the time cause part of the window was not sealed. And because it wasn't sealed, the outdoor noises were very loud (and Rome can sometimes get rowdy at night) Staff was amazing, Location was great.

The check in was at a different hotel which is ok but it tells you the level of service you can expect. The door in our room did not close properly unless you jiggle the knob. We ended up testing it multiple times to make sure it locks every time you come in or when we leave. Keep in mind, this was our second room! Our first room AC did not work well is awful in the Roman heat wave. Terrible place. Do not stay here.
