Overall good experience

Overall a great stay. Our air wasn’t working properly but maintaince was fast at getting it fixed. I do wish they had informed me that the pool was shut down and we would have to go to sister location to swim not a huge inconvenience due to my kids being older.

This was our first time going to Branson, and I have to say this townhouse was the perfect place to stay for the 4 days and 3 nights there. They have basically everything you need in the house. From dishes to laundry powder. I was in shock at how much stuff they already had in there for you. Also the 4 TVs was amazing to have. I can't think I can think of anything to complain about. Oh, it is also just right around the corner from the main road with all the attractions.

Worth the money

Only issue we had was check in was slow but only had 1 person working on Memorial weekend. Nice place, easy to find. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again

Townhomes were located in a perfect spot. Close to everything but far enough from the mail strip. Home was clean and very spacious. However, if you're a family that likes to cook you own food even when on vacation, you will find very limited cooking utensils. Other then that, our overall stay was fabulous.

I liked how spacious it was. I did not like how small the kitchen was. I also did not like how the shower was in the bedroom and the toilet in the hall. The deck could use some TLC. And there was a drawer in the kitchen that was broken. Also, not enough pots and pans.

It was great. Of course, it being a town house property, they want you to listen to their sales pitch but you certainly don’t have to. We didn’t. The only other negative was there someone next door and it was a little noisy but not bad. The studio room we stayed in was very nice and clean. It’s a very quite property with no traffic

Beware!!!!! This is a timeshare with a pushy manager and an even more pushy sales person. The shower is less than 10 feet from the bed, the buildings are old and creepy, and there is mold!

The condescending attitude of the “concierge “ where you had to wait in line to give your vehicle info again to get your parking pass, while being pressured to go to a timeshare presentation. Overall state of the property could use some repair and updates.

Had to go to a spot a couple miles away to check in for a late arrival. Onsite office closed four hours early. So-called "Parking Permit" gets you a sales pitch to try and send you to a time-share showing. "Parking Permit" has you name and room on it. Don't put that on your car.
