Very good location, close to main pedestrian area of Oia, quiet and within proximity of parking area. Very useful information provided by the staff. Staff very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is just south of the main part of Oia and very walkable. It is across the street from a bus stop. It also backs onto the Fira Oia hiking trail. All the sun chairs look onto the sea and the mountains. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room has both a north facing porch and a west facing patio. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great stay. The outside space and pool were terrific. Our only complaint was the shower which was totally unacceptable. It was tiny and there was no curtain or glass enclosure to keep water from going all over the floor. It was difficult to get the sprayer to stay in the high slot.

My family and I loved our stay here. Absolutely perfect location for breathtaking views slightly away from the bustle of Oia. 15 min walk to Oia. Across the street from city bus stop to Fira. Room was super clean. Delicious breakfast delivered to our terrace every morning. Pool was large and refreshing. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Highly recommended!!!

The staff at Nikos Villas were warm, friendly & helpful. My husband & I loved the location with beautiful views of the caldera while relaxing on their terrace by the pool & bar or sitting on our private balcony. We were able to opt for delicious breakfast choices that would be delivered to our own little patio terrace while enjoying the fresh air and scenery. The location is very convenient to the walking path along the caldera, to restaurants, to town (15 min walk) & to the public buses which stop in front of the hotel. The only negative issue about this facility would be the confined shower setup for people who are very large or tall. There are no shower doors so the entire bathroom may get wet! Other than that I would highly recommend this facility.

We loved our stay at Nikos. The staff was excellent and took great care of us from the very beginning of checking in to check out. The only negative thing is our bed wasn’t very comfortable. Once you would walk outside your room and see your view you would forget all about the bed. With that being said I would stay there again and again!

One of the best place to stay in Oia. Bus stop is a minute away, the famous blue dome is just 5 minutes walk. Restaurants, shops are accessible without needing a ride. Sunset view is awesome and foods are great, locally made. All staff are helpful and so accommodating.

Nice location, walkable to restaurants, shops and sites. Nice view from pool side and our balcony. Our room had small kitchen with table and chairs, and complimentary coffee and tea, although they were not refilled each day, we had to go ask for them at the front desk. Shower space is very small, shower handle is set low, no option to hang it high when showering, definitely something new for us. Over all very nice hotel.

The Nikos Villas Hotel is the quintessential Santorini experience. It is a simple hotel, but offers just about everything you might need. The rooms have beautiful views out over the Caldera and spectacular sunsets. The pool is very nice and offers lounger chairs, and seating with views. There is really excellent food and drink service at the pool. However, the best part of this hotel is the staff. They are extremely accommodating and welcome you with information about the hotel and dining in the area. The staff communicate via WhatsApp and can arrange just about anything one might want or need. Breakfast is served each day on your patio and you have many options. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is highly recommended if you would like to stay in Oia, but not be right in the middle of the tourist center.

Nikos is a great family run hotel with friendly staff at a modest price. Are there more luxurious hotels, yes, however, not worth the money. Nikos clicks are the important points, great location and views, clean facility, family owned and operated, and close to town. Don’t waste your money anywhere else unless you want the experience of staying in an actual cave.

Such a great experience at Niko’s Villas. We had the junior suite with the caldera view - I CANNOT recommend it enough. Stunning views, amazing cave infrastructure with efficient air conditioning, and private balcony. Staff delivered breakfast each morning to our balcony, carried our luggage up and down steps, made us cocktails, provided recommendations & tips, and made transportation accommodations. Special shout out to Dimitris who was the hype man of this hotel; he had such a contagious happy energy that made us even more excited to be in Santorini (didn’t know that was possible). Recommend to anyone, especially as it is in a more private part by Oia yet a short walk away from all the shops and restraunts (along with their own nearby).

Beautiful hotel in a nice quiet spot facing the caldera. Just a few minutes walk from restaurants and groceries and the main town area. We loved the morning breakfast and wonderful pool area. The management took great care of us. We will definitely be back.
