Nice property in a good location. Short walk to everything. Bus stop is a short walking distance. All the staffs are very welcoming, alwas smiling. Francesco is very helpful and accomodating. Excellent breakfast. Free bottled water and snacks. The room was cleaned everyday. I would stay here again if we come back to Florence.

We had a girls trip to Florence and stayed at the hotel. Such a lovely boutique hotel walking distance to station, shops, tourist attractions and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast too. Would highly recommend.

Lovely central hotel

Really lovely hotel, very quiet, comfortable and very central - a few steps away from the central market. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff on reception are very welcoming and helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
