Fantastic location close to shopping and lots of the interesting sites. Safe and clean building. Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working when we arrived and we were on the top floor which wasn’t ideal, but we didn’t let that ruin what was an amazing holiday.

Great location in heart of Baxia. We stayed in the apartments and had a two bedroom with great living room area. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great. Front staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great spot in Lisbon

Great central location in Lisbon, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There are lots of stairs and a slow elevator, but the convenience of the location more than make up for it. Overall, a fantastic stay!"

Our stay at the Lift Apartments by RIDAN Hotels was fantastic. The staff were all lovely, the apartment was spacious, clean and stylishly decorated. The location was excellent very central so we were able to walk to a lot of the sites such as the cathedral, the castle etc and there is a metro station and a train station very close for when we wanted to go further out. Plenty of options for food around and a little supermarket just a minute away. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Lisbon.

The Lift Apartments exceeded our expectations. The place was lovely. We stayed in the two bedroom, two bath which was perfect for 4 adults. We loved the amenities in the apartment such as the kitchen and laundry machine. We had a fabulous balcony. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a fantastic place. Super clean and location is excellent. Everything is walkable distance. The 1 downfall was that the elevators were not working and we had to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Other than that, excellent and highly recommend!

Great location, clean, updated and comfortable apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. Carina at the reception desk was so kind and helpful. Cons: Elevator was super slow when operational.

Centrally located apartment, very clean. The property itself was great. The staff were very slow in response or they never respond that was bit irritating. The elevator in this apartment is soo slow where you can climb the stairs up and down faster.

Great space

This apartment hotel was perfect for a family. it is located very centrally and we were able to walk to almost everything we needed to. There’s only about 10 units in this building and the front door is only accessible by tenants. so it felt very secure. We were comfortable enough to leave our adolescent children in the apartment and go for a couples private dinner. Couple of things that could be improved. They probably was equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, and pans but no silverware. We need a tip these things from the restaurant we ordered from. We were also annoyed to find that there was no wine opener or bottle opener and had to go purchase one from the souvenir store down the street to be able to drink the beer and wine that we had purchased. The other thing apartment is missing is a washer/dryer for laundry

Loved the stay here!! Loved the location!! Loved the customer service and loved the staff. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Lisbon and is walking distance to a lot of the attractions and night life. We stayed on the top floor and the view was spectacular!!

The location was nice easy walk to the River. There was a lot of noise so if you like to listen to nightlife it was great. The size the property was great and we had plenty of room. Loved the kitchen area as well.

Good location. Only one very thin towel per person. On our last day, after a full day out touring around we came back to our apartment to find the front door unlocked and ajar. Luckily nothing appeared missing but very concerning that the cleaning staff didn't lock up properly. When I spoke the front desk manage, he said he would get back to me. Haven't heard a peep.

This hotel is located close to many good restaurants and shops. The room was well organized and clean, but the space is limited. There is a platform elevator which is extremely slow. Our main concern was the air conditioning system which we can’t control. The room was too warm and we couldn’t lower the temperature.

The property is in a great location. The sink in the main bedroom was out of commission because of a leak behind the wall. We could smell mold and the person in that room has a mold intolerance so it was not a good situation.
