Clean and fresh but loud and hot

Pros: Very tidy, newly renovated and non-moldy place (unlike other hotels in London..!) Cons: If it's just a bit warm you'll need to air out the room, and the sounds from other apartments were in our case extremely loud, you could hear a neigbor cough like they were in the room - and depending on what flat you got, you might have no privacy without the blinds fully down. We had flat 17. It's generally well-equipped, the instructions were very thorough and it felt safe really. The plase was spotless when we arrived, all hail the cleaning staff. If you're here for more than 4 nights I'd recommend a mid-week cleaning as you might want clean towels and the trash to be taken out, but that depends on how you live in the apt. Also the double beds are UK standard, so they're 135x190, which is clearly stated in the info, but can still be a surprise I'd say.

Decent central apartment

Great value for the price, in a really central and well-connected location. Rooms are on the small side, as most in London are for this price. A bit stuffy too, which didn't make for a great sleep. They do provide a fan, but it didn't quite help enough. All very clean and in great condition, would certainly consider using again.

Property was great, easy to find and very clean and quite, it also has disabled parking just outside the apartment for those who need it. As mentioned by other reviewers the apartments are on the warm side but there was a heat wave on! We where in room 25 which had a velux window which really helped. Overall the best hotel / apartment that we have stayed in and will stay in again.

Terrible experience! There was black mold in the bathroom that was so severe we couldn’t sleep. The room was hot and humid, despite mild weather outside and there is little to no ventilation. We contacted customer service because we needed to get out of this terrible place and they did not help. Instead of immediately addressing the issue we were told to fill out a Google form and wait up to 10 days for a response. We’re still waiting to hear back about a refund. Avoid this place!

Unpleasant stay due to room temp

Great location and easy access with clear instructions. Room as described but the temperature was unbearable. Granted the temperature on our day of arrival was warm but even the next day once the weather had changed the room was still unbearable. There was in a fan in the room but unless you were in it’s direct range it was pointless. There had to have been some heating or something in the block of apartments causing this - it was not just the weather. It meant you not wanting to spend any time in the room unless sleeping and that wasn’t easy given the temperature. Everything else about the apartment was fine.

Fin liten leilighet med super beliggenhet hvis du vil ha kort vei til Bond street! Enkelt med kommunikasjon rundt nÞkler. Leiligheten var litt varm, men det var en vifte der vi kunne sette pÄ, der hjelp! Alt i alt superfornÞyd med bÄde stil, renhold, beliggenhet og pris!

Great location. The property had most things we needed but was missing some basics - no mirror other than the one in the bathroom, no toaster or grill option in the microwave (we had to pan fry our breakfast bread), no toilet roll holder. We stayed during the heatwave and it was unbearably hot in there with no air circulating but that was an extreme of course. We had to contact the support number twice (once because we couldn’t work the hob, the other time we had no hot water) and both times found the lady we spoke to extremely helpful.
