Excellent place, there is no noise and it is close to everything... I arrived at the place in the early morning and never saw anything out of the ordinary in the area so it is a quiet area.

Good location. Central to Subway and within walking distance of city sites. However, i wasn't aware the building is a converted walk-up row house. I was on the third floor and the staircase is very narrow and steep. Peeling wall paper, no towel rack in bathroom, one hanger in the closet and no cups for coffee or water though they provide a coffee maker and coffee. Bathroom had large patches of paint that were an entirely different color from the rest of the room. None of this, of course, is shown on website photos.

I liked everything, except that in our there was a noise because of the wind, it sounded like mice but we realized it was just the wind that entered through a hole in the wall I think, other than that, amazing staying!

Do not believe the pictures posted on this listing - rooms are small, cramped and noisy! If warm you can’t open the windows due to the noise from the Trainline and extremely busy road outside - forget about sleep!!! The portable air condition unit blows out more hot air than cold! The rear ‘garden’ is full of rats nests, the only kitchen facilities are shared on the ground floor, washing machines are lay in use if you can get them to work. Another room had a flood whilst we were staying here, basically told not there problem once they’d stopped the flood of water!! Basically an absolute fraud which isn’t worth your hard earned cash - staying anywhere else would be better than this dump

The buildings are beautiful.but aged with no real.solutions to adequately heat during the winter. The management tried to solve but were.unsuccessful.

Fantastic location, easy walk to all major train, subway and n buses. Room and bathroom were always clean, Had small kitchenette with microwave and mini stovetop, basic utensils and glassware, plates and coffee maker. Highly recommended!

The property is in a good location for our visit. The room itself was comfortable and nicely decorated. Walking up the stairs to the 4th floor reminded me the building is older and a little difficult to navigate with bags, but otherwise in good shape.

The building is like an apartment, the room a bed with a closet and bathroom (depending on what you book). It was clean and comfortable and I felt safe. Within walking distance of the Common, train station, and the Freedom Trail. Good communication with staff via text/email. I’d stay again! Thank you for providing a decent place to stay at a reasonable price.

Great place for work related trips on your own. Not a bad walk to your choice of two T stops. Would give it a 4.5 if the rating allowed. Not for those expecting amenities.

Clean, conveniently located. Small apartment, with a comfortable bed, tiny but functional bathroom and kitchen, walkable, felt safe even in the late evening. Although it's close to the highway, I couldn't hear it at all from the apartment I was in.

Great location, great communication. Perfect place to stay if you just need a place to sleep close to the train station. Expect it to be
 rustic. Bring shower shoes for the shared bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. It’s a tiny space, but has everything you need if you’re not going to be in the room much. Overall, good experience. Just don’t go into it expecting the space to be perfect.

Overpriced Hostel.

This is a hostel, not a "Suite" The description is very misleading. Shared a single bathroom with 6 other rooms. Just an Overpriced hostel with minimum accommodations and amenities.

Upon my arrival i was shocked at the state of my room compared to the photos. There was a smell of mold. The bathroom was small without a proper sink, no place for toilet paper it was loose on a dirty shelf behind the toilet. There was no place for my belongings no drawers and no hangers in my closet. The cabinets were falling apart. The television did not work properly. There was an alarm that continued to go off during day and night. I was asked to silence it by pressing a button. They refused to send any one or have the fire department attend. I did not feel safe. You can hear your neighbours talk and there is lots of street noise. I requested compensation for the sleep interruption from the alarm and no television. No reply from The property management. This property should not be available on hotels. Com

Definitely Stay!

We had a great stay. I was nervous there was no front desk but the staff was great at giving detailed directions ahead of arrival and they were a phone call away. No problem staying here again in the future.
