I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how helpful the host was. The cleaning lady is super kind. There’s a well-equipped gym in the building, which was a great bonus. There’s a LIDL conveniently close by for shopping. While the flat is a bit further from the center, the bus station is just a 3-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn is only 10 minutes, so it was easy to get around. Thank you so much for everything!

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how helpful the host was. The cleaning lady is super kind. There’s a well-equipped gym in the building, which was a great bonus. There’s a LIDL conveniently close by for shopping. This place is 10 minutes walk from train station. One bus is right in front of the building. I don’t like the decoration on the wall. Other than that, the room is very spacious, with all the kitchen stuff you need. It does have lift. Was very happy with my stay.

Very close 15 minute drive/uber from train station! The light up sign made it so easy for us to find the hotel when we arrived late at night I really appreciated the hotel sending me a WhatsApp to confirm some more details and also confirm when I would be arriving so that they could organise my room keys in the key boy! Communication was impeccable. Very good English and clear instructions. Our room was just wonderful. Me and my partner absolutely appreciated the memory foam pillows after 4 weeks of travelling with some shocking pillows in other hotels. Comfy bed! VERY soundproof, really modern, clean and stylish. They have put a lot of work into their hotel rooms. Would absolutely stay again if we come back to Berlin :)

It was very clean. It was modern and the room seemed new. Some reviews talked about highway noise but it was very quiet for us. We had a room that was facing an inner area and not on the highway. The shower was very nice. The digital key lock was convenient. The staff communicated via Whatsapp. The ride into Berlin city center is about 40 minutes on the S- and U-Bahn and easy.

I LOVED the place! so much space! Elegant, Clean, great lighting, enormous shower. I was a bit nervous upon arrival with the digital entry because I didn't understand I needed to hold my phone so close to the door handle. And I was low on phone battery. But it worked brilliantly! 10 minutes walk to the Ku'Dam blvd with lots of restaurants and shops!

Good stay

The faces was a good little apartment for a short stay. The bed wasnt that comfortable but thats probably because it was too hard for our liking. Also the shower leaked and the walls were abit scruffy. Is is next to the main motorway which can be noisey but nothing that would keep you awake at night.

Nice place, very service minded staff! Be aware there is no air condition and a heavily trafficed road outside. And coffee for the nespresso machine is not included, so make sure to bring your own. (None of these things are somdthing the hotel claims to have or tries to hide facts about - just good to be aware of if it matters!) The mobile based lock system worked without flaws, and we could get the "key" into all the family's phones.

the floors are absolute disgusting. I had to wipe my feet just to get into bed so I wouldn’t drag any of the stuff into it. I picked up a cooking pan provided and it immediately snapped off its handle. I noticed that where the handle was, there was dry glue. Which means they continuously super glue it and then when they found it broken, they tried to charge me €20. The cleaning staff only came twice (one of the times I declined because they came at night) which is fine if it wasn’t for the fact that they only provided me with 1 towel for my 10 night stay! My phone died and I had my key on it for the building so I contacted the hotel. No one was even at the front desk so one of the workers had to drive over to provide me with a key and then got unusually angry at me for even suggesting he sends an access code to my bf’s phone because “he’s not a guest here” and then got even more angry me because my bf was even with me! My boyfriend wasn’t even spending the night. Just making sure I got into my room safely. The worker said “this isn’t an apartment. You can’t just come and go as you please…” I literally can. I’m not a child, you are not my parent. Then, the cleaning service came at 11am trying to kick me out when I’m not even fully packed or dressed to leave. She knocked on my door 3 times yelling “11!”. I showed her the email saying that check out was 12 and she kept saying “no!” I called the hotel and she finally stopped harassing me. Overall, a really horrible experience

Relativ günstig und doch ruhig.

Zunächst für 4 Nächte gebucht und dann noch 2 weitere Nächte problemlos hinzu gebucht. Das Zimmer ist funktionell und mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Gute Fußbodenheizung. Kleine Abstriche bei der Fußbodensauberkeit. Der Kurfürstendamm ist per Bus in 6 Minuten erreichbar.

In winter, it's quiet and warm, close-by grocery and restaurant. The staff is very nice and responsive. There is no elevator, but it didn't bother me personally. Just be wary about opening and closing hours of the reception, or just make sure you have their phone num. when they are not open.
