Great accommodation! Best for family of four. There’s a kitchen for cooking, microwave, fridge and electric kettle. Washing machine is a plus. There is no dryer, but you can use the bathroom drying/heating option.

Property was spacious and fully equipped. The beds are not the comfiest but they are clean. Shower is great. Love that they have a full kitchen equipped with fridge, stove. There’s also a washer in case you need to wash. Access to the building was a little confusing but nothing you can’t figure out.

Overall good place to stay while in Osaka and Umeda station. Facilities are good including great shower and in suite washer. Tatami and beds were good. Only negative is the toilet smelled bad. Close 10 min walk to the Midosuji and Sakaisuji and Tanimachi lines allowing you to get to the different parts of Osaka. 36 bus for those tired days of you want to avoid the walk. Many conbinis and Life supermarket nearby. Good food options as well close to 2 shopping streets. Overall a good place as long as the facilities stay clean.

Stayed here for 5 days. Very lovely appartment. Grocery store right across the road, which was very convenient. Local bus very close but train is about a 15 minute walk. We would stay again.

The hotel room as just as advertised with no hidden surprises. This hotel is self check-in, and despite being my first time as such it was no hassle at all. All the information you need is sent to you weeks prior to arrival. The room itself was clean and spacious and housed the three of us well. Great place if you're staying in Osaka and want to be close to transport and shopping outlets.

Fantastic place to stay, train station within 10 minute walking distance. Washing machine and the dryer room in shower cubicle is a great plus. Grocery store 2 minute walk away ideal for cooking small meals in kitchenette.

A practical, clean and safe option for a family visiting from overseas. Checkin is a bit tricky so research it before hand. When entering your room for the first time tap on the glass to reveal a key code (took us 5 mins to figure that out after a tiring flight!)

This property has a cloud check in process via ipad on arrival which was difficult- no staff were available when we arrived. The codes to the entrance were also difficult to understand and didn’t work. I had to videocall someone and had no idea who I was talking to as they didn’t display their video (although I was expected to display mine). There are also steps up to the entrance with no lifts /ramp available. The worst part of the experience was the rock hard beds. I would not return despite the place being clean

The property itself was great. We are a family of 4 and the room we had offered enough space for all of us. It has a kitchen and washing machine too. It is around 10-15 mins walk from the station and close to many local restaurants. Check-in was a bit hassle though as it has no reception and everything had to be done online. It was not a great experience for a first-time visitor like me.

Decent accommodation and it's within walking distance to Osaka station, food and restaurants. Check-in is confusing to someone who doesn't read the instruction, and past reviews are not helpful. As soon as you walk in, sign on to wifi for better reception, scan the QR code from the left tablet, and enter your personal information and hotel confirmation#, call the host using the tablet on the right, he will provide you with everything you need to gain access to your room. I will come back again.

Great space however quite far from the train station very convenient supermarket within 2 min walk. Loved the bunk beds could pay to have toothbrushes. Also you have to set up other beds yourself so after a long walk prepare for that instead of straight away sleeping. They also have detergent next to washing machine and dish washing liquid next to the sink. Apart from the location I really enjoyed this. To check in you receive all the details in advance. After the entrance to the property there’s a gigantic locked door where you put the pin and then unlock. Then you go up to your floor and put in another pin for the door to the apartment.

No hay recepciĂłn (con personal), el check in es complicado con una iPad. A nuestra llegada 4 personas, las camas no estaban tendidas, uno de los lugares para dormir es un Tatami japonĂ©s, muy incĂłmodo, el otro es un sofa cama, muy incĂłmodo, algunas sĂĄbanas estaban viejas y con hoyos, las literas estĂĄn espantosas, porque rechinan todo el tiempo, cada vez que alguien se cambia de posiciĂłn o se mueve durante la noche, las dos literas rechinan horrible, la ubicaciĂłn no es mala. SegĂșn ellos anuncian que con cocina completa, pero sĂłlo hay dos cazuelas bien pequeñas y faltan todos los instrumentos para cocinar bien, faltan toallas para secar los trastes y en general faltan muchas cosas en la cocina, tampoco hay vasos, sĂłlo Tazas, hay muy pocos enchufes en la habitaciĂłn para recargar tu celular. No hay suficiente. Espacio para poner 4 maletas de cuatro personas, A nuestra llegada el check in complicado ( mediante una videollamada! y no te guardan tus maletas siendo que tienen muchĂ­simo espacio para ayudarte con el tema, cuando viajas en JapĂłn normalmente en los hoteles te guardan tus maletas para que tĂș mientras tanto toda la mañana puedas visitar la ciudad en este hotel no te ayudan en lo absoluto!
