It was good for the location to what we wanted and it served its purpose. Close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Tram was a short walk and cannot fault the location. We were looking at the water which was awesome

Great stay for a family weekend at the footy!

Excellent location and view. Family trip to Docklands for the footy. Communication was great and the hotel representative went above and beyond allowing us to leave our car in the car park past checkout. Recommend for location and customer service. Will be back again.

Docklands harbour view stay

Checkin was simple and helpful friendly staff. Room was 3 bedrooms executive and had harbour views and was extremely comfortable for our family. Would definitely stay again.

3 Bedroom apartment was lovely, had all the amenities that was needed. Beautiful view of the Docklands water way and Marvel Stadium close to tram stop, Docklands shopping, eateries and restaurants. Hotel complex provided good secure parking at affordable price and hotel was very secure.

Location and parking great, but apartment needed maintenance. Door lock to balcony broken, windows wouldn’t seal properly and power outlet in second bedroom was hanging off the wall. Not very safe considering kids were sleeping there! Disappointed, as the apartment is a nice design and location.

Apartment had broken furniture with some items in disrepair or very worn out. Wasn't as clean as it should be. Lock/latch in bathroom was faulty causing me to be locked in and took two hours to rectify. I missed a funeral due to the situation which was very upsetting. When I sent an email asking for a refund due to the inconvenience and anxiety I experienced I was offered a very small amount in the form of a credit. I have sent two follow up emails which have gone unanswered. Very poor customer service.

We wanted to use the indoor pool and gym but the security told us that we needed an orientation to use them. We were only staying for 4 days so we didn't care for the hassle and decided not to use use them, even though it is advertised in the amenities for the place. We liked that the area is clean, safe, and quiet. There were a lot of places to eat and shop nearby. You can pretty much walk everywhere. The room was clean and the kitchen had a the basic necessities if you wanted to make dinner yourself. We didn't like that there weren't any basic instructions on how to use some of the appliances. We have different kinds/brands of appliances where we are from. It would be nice to have some general instructions on how to use the washer/dryer, oven and dishwasher. The remote for the TV was not working. Also, could you please put more than one trash can in the place? Perhaps one more in the bathroom. These are minute things and they're not all that bad really but it would make staying there a great improvement. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. We didn't get the name of the man who checked us in but he was very pleasant and friendly. He gave us clear instructions on how to access the apartment. We would surely stay at this place again.

ACB DOCKLANDS

Ok well to start with I have to give top marks for the view and Melbourne Docklands is such an under rated location .. This property is a stones throw from Marvel Stadium , Supermarket, great shopping and restaurants and a free tram for travelling around the CBD a 3 minute walk away The spot was perfect
 The down side.. My appartment very much needed some TLC .. I have to say once you enter the apartment and get over the spectacular view then the reality of the tiredness comes to the forefront.. Very visible stains of multiple colours on the carpets in the living , dining and passage area.. The couch that we are expected to sit on would not be accepted by The Salvation Army because it is that stained.. in the kitchen itself cupboards were worn and showed thier age.. Although the kitchen was very well appointed with all your needs catered for.including dish washer detergent and cold water in the fridge.. My apartment had a wrap around verandah and deck with outdoor furniture for eating but unfortunately this area was not accessible as the door couldn’t open which would explain why the patio was filthy with weeds growing on it and to make matters worse the wind was blowing through the gap in the window frame and the glass.. In the kitchen you could see cap under the window frame which also allowed wind to enter the apartment and in the bedroom they had one window with Gaga tape all around the frame to try and stop the breeze WELL APPOINTED BUT NEEDING MAINT...
