You can find better

Dusty floor extremely dirty bathroom clean ac no working no refund it was around 40 degrees in the room extremely hot. Did offer a new room but it was still extremely dusty and bed sheets were dirty had blood or dark brown stains on them.

Excellent location, very close walking distance to Il Duomo. Very confortable easy check-in and check-out. I would go back anytime and would recommend it to friends and family.

The Adore is in the building right in the middle of Milan shopping district. Just few steps from the Duomo and the Christmas Market. The hotel room is clean, spacious and nicely appointed. The communication is easy and they provided a lot of good information. The only cons is that due to located right in the shopping district, we can hear noises all night long

Checkin process was daunting, a time consuming. I do not understand their requirement for all accounts personal data. Other than that, the room as ok but our view from the window was obstructed by construction scaffolding.

Great location

Great communication with the property. Relatively spacious, amazing location, about 3 min walk to the Duomo. Some parts of the apartment were a little tired, but overall a nice, comfortable place to stay.

The room was a bit smelly and not maintained well . We were locked out of the appartement at night since there was no electricity in the reception so we had to wait more than an hour for someone passing by to open for us . The best thing about it is the location .

Too expensive for what it is….

Extremely noisy location (not for people to expect to go to bed before 10:30-11pm) Definitely needs renovation also deep cleaning session Mold in the shower and corners. Needs to be taken care of Yes location is great but since windows are not sound proof, it was really traumatizing for the kids at night as they couldn’t sleep and listening to music non stop so loud. Also curtains were in bad shape. Having said all that, communication with staff was easy and there were no issues with internet nor equipment available.

No AC, the voice and bad communication

AC was not working, tried to contact them but we were directed to AI WhatsApp, finally someone chatted with me but no solution, and we stayed for 3 nights without AC, the weather was hot. And the places were so crowded, because of the night club music it was hard to sleep, couldn’t open the windows as well, very bad choose.

Probably THE worst hotel experience I've ever had!! The staff was in another city, the check-in procedures were ridiculously complicated, and worst of all the room bore no resemblance whatsoever to the pictures they showed online. WHAT A DUMP!! And the staff was no help at all in trying to resolve, nor would they refund the unused days when I had to checkout early. The location might be ok but if you book with these people it will put a HUGE damper on your trip!! AWEFUL!!!

The hotel had a hazardous light hanging by the electric cord next to the bathtub. The worst part is that our room, 304, is wrongly marketed/advertised since it does not have full AC that covers all the areas in the room. There is no AC/air in the bathroom, kitchen, and 1/2 of the sleeping area. In fact, the room was muggy, hot and my kids and husband did not get any night sleep in 94 degrees weather in Milan. This was the most terrible experience, we actually went to starbucks to cool down in the day and at night we kept waking up because the improper/inadequate ventilation in the room.

Milan Design week on business. Booked 1 bed, paid in full. Arrived allocated another room.It was a cheaper double room even though we paid for 1 bed suite. Worse was that the room had not been cleaned after previous guests left, was filthy and stank. Called Numa, was told that was all they had, we had to get to a meeting, told we can leave luggage in store room but it was full and not secure. None of the lockers worked because they had not replaced the batteries. Took luggage to mtg.No one called us back.After mtg, more frantic calls was told they can offer alternative 30 minutes away from centre. Had no choice but to take offer. They gave us another room the next day at original Central location. Had to check out at 11am but can only check in again in central at 3pm. Took luggage to lunch mtg. in central Milan. New room was supposedly an upgrade but still not the 1 bed that we paid for. It had double bed, no bedside tables, dirty windows with one glass pane broken and mould on the walls. Called again next morning at 10.30am and demanded refund. This was our final night and we had to be at airport for 5.30am.Told that to get refund we had to check out by 11am even though we paid in full for 3 nights. On principle we left and booked another hotel because Milan Design week was finished and there was availability.We paid for 3 nights, stayed 2, we never got what we paid for. Disgraceful.

Great location, AC not working.

Great location. The flat was nicely renovated but the AC in the living room/extra bedroom didn’t work. We used it as a noisy fan to move air around and the kids slept with their headsets on. They had set up an extra fan in the room, and the cleaning staff were aware that AC hadn’t been working for some time. The small fan wasn’t enough to stay cool though. The breakfast wasn’t like the pictures indicate, but a set package with a simple sandwich and coffee at the closest café. The first day it took 30 min to get served (after everyone else coming in after us). It got better the other days, but the waitress was stressed out and didn’t speak English. She seamed to avoid us because of this. We had some trouble checking in because we hadn’t received the check in email. But the staff sorted it quickly. The communication was really good with a WhatsApp chat that was answered at any time. Also very nice with door codes. If the AC gets fixed, we would stay again.

Terrible…It was 92 degrees the day we arrived and the A/C unit was not working. We made several calls and management company was keep telling us that there are two different remotes and we are not using the right one, but didn’t help us locate the second remote or sent someone to fix the problem. They told us to use the fan for the night, because maintenance people were gone for the day. Next day they told us that someone came to look at the problem but they didn’t find the problem, AC is working fine, which was a lie. we were out all day and came back to the apartment around 10 pm and A/C was still not working. When we called, agin they said A/C is working fine and we are not using a right remote. We searched entire apartment but never found the second remote. Two nights of suffering. Location is excellent but I would never stay here again.
