2nd time staying here and will again in the future. Staff are helpful and quick to handle issues and answer questions. Property is always clean and they've even updated the rooms and pool area. 10/10 will recommend. Great service and room amenities for the price.

Expect average but in an excellent location. Staff was courteous. My only gripes are the dining area is not enclosed and is hot - bathrooms were average and did not always flush. The pool is fantastic and close to supermarkets, massage and shopping. I think the place needs some updating. The air condition is fantastic. Overall 6/10.

We enjoyed our stay in a two bedroom villa, it was spacious and clean with everything we needed. the beds were very comfortable and the staff were excellent. My only complaint would be the upstairs shower/ bath was not practical & I needed to use the one down stairs to shower.

What made our experience great was the staff. They're so helpful and accommodating. They really take care of the guests and make sure we're having a good trip! The villa itself is beautiful, well placed and we never had any complaints.

Spacious clean and modern. Villas are recently renovated and look great. Excellent location with great restaurants, supermarket and shopping in the immediate area. Walked to beach and explored the surrounding area on foot. Had a bit of noise from club next door but only on Friday night. It was quiet on Sat/Sun. Staff are friendly, helpful and very responsive to email enquiries. Pool was lovely. Breakfasts were generous, delicious and delivered on time. Rooms cleaned daily. Comfy bed and pillows. Teenagers loved having their own room and ensuite. Aircon and wifi both great. Think it’s great value. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

The area around the pool is wooden decking , lots of planks are loose so shoe wearing is best to avoid stumping / cutting your toes. We had heavy rain and the open to the weather kitchen / dinner / lounge area were soaking wet. The water came through the back wall as well flooding the lounge room .. upstairs bedroom was leaking badly as well in front of the bedroom door so dangerous and slippery all around . We couldn’t get the safe to work .. in any room so either we all did something wrong or they are not working properly. Area from the street into the property is open to anyone. The picture you see in the property listing is the entrance building . You walk straight from the street into the pool area , any kind of gate would do the property good .

It is a perfect place to stay if you want to be central to everything, the property is clean and quiet despite being only 100m from the main street. Bintang supermarket is a 3-4 min walk , money changer a couple minutes down the road and a 5 min drive to the beach, you could walk but it feels like a long way int he tropical climate. The pool is spacious and is always the perfect temperature to swim. The single bedroom villa has a huge king size bed ( 3 pillow lengths) it is only air conditioned in the bedroom not down stairs living area. There are light curtains on the window so the room does get light early with the sunrise. Breakfast was pleasant with a choice of 5 options a day and your choice of delivery time. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The staff were friendly and greeted you every time you passed. security is at the villa during the hours the reception is closed. The only downside is that the only beverages available at the hotel are bintang or guinnes. I cannot fault the property at all and would stay again.
