Superb place to stay!

This place is amazing! Great location to kick start or finish your trip in Iceland. Views are incredible over the bay with the mountains in the horizon. We’ll be staying here again for sure when we return. Worth every penny!

The Bay View Apartment is a little slice of heaven. Every detail has been considered; the design, amenities, hot tub, wine selection, etc. are all luxurious. They have thought of everything. We wish we could stay longer.

Wow! This place was a gem! It has all new construction inside. The decor was tastefully done and very comfortable! It has a spectacular view, a hot tub and hospitable hosts! We were even greeted with a welcome bottle of champagne! We highly recommend this property!

Bayview apartments was absolutely amazing! The inside feels like you’re living in luxury. It far exceeded my expectations and I plan to stay here again in the future with how great it was. Larus and his family were so inviting and ensured we had everything we needed. 5 stars is honestly not enough with how much my fiance and I loved this place.

This is a very modern facility. From the magnetic stove and built in coffee grinder and maker to the hot tub in the bathroom with views of the bay and automatic window washers, it was quite an high tech and wonderful experience. The owner was very responsive to our request.

The Bay View Apartment was simply perfect! The waterfront location was a wonderful place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It is away from the bustle of town and has all the amenities of a full apartment. Enjoying the view and watching the ducklings play while relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine was the best way to end a day. The owner was so welcoming and kind. Perfect in every way!

Great stay!

The place was amazing! Everything we needed. The only problem was the door did not lock to the apartment and I have two kids. I am sure it is a safe place but being in a foreign country with kids is hard. So that was a little disconcerting. Other than that is was amazing!! Thank you.

We have stayed at a lot of hotels and the images almost always look better than the real thing. In this case, the apartment completely went beyond expectations and the photos do not do it justice. The setting is absolutely stunning. The interior design is unbelievably clean and inspiring. We did not get to stay long but the time we had really helped us recoup from our travels on our way back home. The tub! Oh the tub! That is where we spent most of our time relaxing with the cold Icelandic ocean air coming in through the double doors while. We will absolutely be back.
