The place is beautiful and the service was excellent. I will definitely stay here again, the property is fully equipped to do everything. Full kitchen. Private rooms, swimming pool, games, and great places to eat and I have to say that the people around are very nice. I â€ïžđŸ‡”đŸ‡·.

This place is a scam. The picture that you see is not what you get. The room is ugly and old. The pool is dirty. The bathroom is old and adapted disabled. Around the house they have a big ostrich. I left the same day because I did not feel safe.

First the location on expedi is off by 3 miles, imagine if you were walking. The place is just a dump, bathroom and sheets filthy. Expedia should not associate with these people, lost so much credibility of verifying the hotels sponsor. Its 4 apartments and the owner or maintenance guy lives in one, does not ever have a logo or decent uniform. Pool and jacuzzi was yellow just gross. The guy did not even know he had guests. Super sketchy.

Overall, not too bad. At least in my experience, the guy in charge did the best he could. Good news first. The property did have a pool, washer, dryer and a cool space behind. Your own rooms are protected with door codes that are given to you by the owner to make sure nothing will be stolen. He also came over to ask me if I needed anything. Now the bad news. Unfortunately, the room I was in was infested with insects. The common area also had a lot of bugs in there. There were dead bugs floating on the pool. Overall, not too bad. I wish the place was cleaner. One more thing. You may have to share the common area with a roommate.

This is a scam. Was advertised another property he owns but the one in the pictures is not where I stayed. It’s an old nursing home he turned into what is essentially a hostel with a private room. Shared bathroom that has no hot water and is so gross and dirty. A shared kitchen that has no running water or working stove/oven. The TV in the room doesn’t work. There’s also a large amount of geese and an emu on the property that are very noisy. After I checked in I couldn’t get ahold of the owner to ask why the stove didn’t work. He never responded to my texts or calls. Feels very unsafe too. Do not stay here.

WARNING. You might think you found the perfect place for cheap, but you are wrong. The property does not look anything like in the pictures. The pool is in ANOTHER building that you have to walk about a mile to go to. And the Kitchen is not private, it is shared with other residents. As well as the bathroom. The front door is only able to be opened if there's someone already else inside. The property has loose animals including an Ostrich and there's a terrible smell of chicken poop. The owners live on the top floor with a noisy barking dog. Also, they charge you a hidden cleaning fee TWICE. I ended up not staying my whole paid week, I gave back the key and left to another Hotel. Also did I mention I was not given the code to my room? And when I called multiple times no one answered until I had left in my car? The other people staying also mentioned that the owners would come by drunk. Please, Just pay extra for a nicer more trustworthy place.

Booked, had Itinerary # but no availability!

Did not get to stay. There was no availability! Worse part is that I drove 2 1/2 hours from San Juan to Aguadilla to get to the Jobos Luxury Hotel, which is not your traditional hotel but instead a 2-story building with a few apartments. Note there is no “Checkin” desk. I had to search for a phone number (not easy to find) to be told no availability even though I had an itinerary number! The person said they didn’t see it at first, then said it’s Hotel.com who did not send it?? This was a horrible experience for me, my husband who had a knee replaced And had to endure all the hours in the car and my 2 family members. After speaking with someone named “Chris”, I got snap shots of what they call the Cancelation, however it says it’s cancelled due to “customer satisfaction”. That is not true, it’s because there was no availability! I should be refunded the entire amount plus extra for having to drive back to SJ to stay.

I had a reservation went directly to the location called the property manager and was sent to another location 3 miles down the road to a shared 8 bedroom house with a random guy there. Unsafe and not what I booked for the place was disgusting and no running water. I’m extremely upset and I pray this doesn’t happen to someone else. We had to leave and find another hotel.

Worse place ever, we pay for two nights but only stayed one, we had to leave the next morning due to the conditions, they never told us that we had to share the bathroom with different people, another couple did the same thing went to another hotel in the area, don't recommend this place to nobody.

The reservation was terrible. I booked a reservation for my cousin and when he arrived they did not have the room promised in the reservation. And he was sent to a different location. He tried to cancel the reservation and nothing could be done. I contacted Expedia and the property owner and no one could provide some type of help or any refund.

Reserve Ă©sta propiedad para una noche porque parecĂ­a excelente y segura para mi y mi niño. Luego decĂ­a debĂ­a llamar al momento del chekin por lo q llamĂ© y el dueño me indica que hubo un error y que ese lugar el lo alquilaba para mas de jna noche y que me podia ofrecer otro en una casa hermana cerca. Le preguntĂ© si tendriamos privacidad
 porque entendĂ­ me dijo algo de compartir baño y cocina. Me dijo que no luego
 que era privado y ps accedi a ver el lugar. Me dijo que podia verlo y si no me gustaba pues ok. Me envia el numero de otra persona que era la que me iba a recibir. Cuando lo llamo a las 4pm me dijo que se habia ido a comer que me llamaba cuando regresara. Vuelvo y lo llamo casi a las 5pm y me dice que tengo que llegar a la otra casa que yo aun no sabia donde era porque llegue a esta propiedad que fue la que compre. La otra era una calle mas atras
 una casa de altos y resulto ser que todo era compartido. A nuestro piso iba a llegar alguien mas a dormir en otra habitacion y teniamos que compartir la casa con esa x o y persona que llegara. Obvio sali corriendo heydel lugar con mj bebĂ© y le dije q eso no fuĂ© lo que el me habia dicho. En fin, horrible experiencia. Y para colmo no me quiere devolver mi dinero aĂșn yo no quedandome. Btw

STAY AWAY! FRAUD! CHRIS IS A SCAMMER! LIED ABOUT THE LOCATION. THEY PLACED OUR FAMILY OF 14 IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION. THEY PLACED US IN AN OLD NURSING HOME WITH NO HOT WATER, NO AC, NO WORKING FRIDGE, HOSPITAL BEDS AS BEDS, NO WI-FI, NO TV. THIS IS NOT LUXURY, THIS IS A SCAM. Did not even get to stay. They overbooked. Told me I needed to call Expedia. Expedia immediately was willing to give me a prompt refund but they needed confirmation from the property. The property would not answer emails or pickup the phone and when they did they lied and said I had stayed there and they had not ovwrbooked. Good thing I had proof that I stayed at another property those days and was able to prove they were lying and finally got my refund over two months later. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS!
