Fair value but right across the street from a raucous hostel that offers a party deck that is VERY NOISY late at night. Also, no front desk or reception staff, you have to call someone to enter building which means you need local phone service on mobile phone.

It's a very dirty place, since the entrance. Towels are more grey than white. Rooms, and bathroom are not cleaned daily. Curtains are broken. Living room has not receive maintenance for years

Good apartment but very bad communication

Location is great! We are close to everything. The apartment was big and very comfortable. Although we didn’t understand the point to have such a big kitchen, there is no utensils at all, even not a coffee machine or a sponge to wash the dishes. In the small room, it looked like beds haven’t been changed. But the real problem was that there is no communication at all. After booking we didn’t receive a message explaining how to check in. It says the check in is from 14h, it also says that there is a reception. I arrived when we were lucky because there was someone cleaning some apartment. He opened the door and let us know the apartment we booked was not ready yet (we have booked the same day). We left our luggages in the parking and Came back 2 hours later, After 1 hour maybe someone answered the message i have sent, saying that someone would come to welcome us. We waited no one came. Someone was leaving the building, so that’s how we could go in. We didn’t know where were our luggages. We tried to look in the different floors for sooemone, we found the same guy repairing something in one of the apartment. He said that our apartment was ready and he had the key, but our luggages were somewhere that someone had closed with a key and this someone had left. To make is shorter, we had our luggages a few hours later. We didn’t hear from the owner. Nothing!! We were lucky this guy was there repairing something. Thats an unacceptable behavior. No respect at all!!

Snyggt, bekvÀmt och trevligt.

Hade en sjuk son som jag fick lÀmna kvar pÄ rummet. Iom att rummet var sÄ frÀscht, bekvÀmt och rymligt kÀndes det helt okej att han hÀngde kvar dÀr. Det Àr precis vid sÄrbara tillfÀllen som det blir viktigt att man fÄr kÀnna sig lite hemma och att det Àr fint omkring en. Personalen var alla vÀldigt vÀnliga och omtÀnksamma.

Die Suite an sich war schön, groß, sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Allerdings ist es durch das direkt gegenĂŒber liegende Hostel mit einer großen (Party-)Terasse und durch die direkt am Haus befindliche FußgĂ€ngerzone mit zahlreichen BĂ€nken besonders nachts unglaublich laut!!! Wir fĂŒhlten uns wie beim Camping auf einem Festival und das bis 6 Uhr morgens. Die Fenster isolieren leider ĂŒberhaupt nicht. Zudem gab es keine Rezeption wie angegeben, sondern eine Telefonnummer an der EingangstĂŒr. Ohne israelische SIM-Karte benötigt man die Hilfe von Einheimischen zum Anrufen. Laut Expedia-Buchung sollte die Rechnung direkt in der Unterkunft gezahlt werden, was wir auch taten. Allerdings buchte die Unterkunft parallel dazu den Betrag auch auf der hinterlegten Kreditkarte ab. Beim Versuch der RĂŒckbuchung sogar ein zweites Mal. Ich warte nun seit 14 Tagen auf die RĂŒckabwicklung durch meine Bank. Fazit: Wer in Jerusalem nicht zum Feiern ist und nachts schlafen möchte, sollte sich definitiv eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Location was wonderful! We walked everywhere. Lots of shops and restaurants. The suite was spacious. We loved that our two boys got their own small bedroom with comfortable twin beds. The living room furniture is a little old and the place felt a bit dusty but all in all we loved our stay!

The room was okay but checking in was an issue. It wouldn’t have been an issue if we could have been e-mailed a code beforehand to get into the building Also the phone # was useless as we hadn’t found a cell store to buy an Israeli SIM card yet. The amenities such as shampoo & lotions were nice as was the jacuzzi tub but we had to ask for bowls, utensils & cups. We bought our own dish cloth & dish soap as there was none there. We had to ask to have the floor swept. There wasn’t a broom in the room. We weren’t told that there was a Disco adjacent to our room. On 2 nights of our stay the music was so loud we had to leave the room at 1:00 am as we couldn’t sleep it went on ‘til 3:00 am. We are okay with a bit of street noise but this was really too much!

Central location to lay your head

I primarily use Hotels.com because the guest ratings are usually fairly accurate. However, they missed the mark on this one. This hotel offers a central location to great restaurants and activities but falls short on most everything else. There is no lobby...so checking in is challenging. The price is less expensive than most but the furnishings are badly worn. Paint chipping from ceilings, sliding doors that dont properly lock and the inconsistency of hot water make this hotel a little sketchy.

Excellent Location

The room was spacious, and in good condition. No front desk and very little interest in being attentive. We ended up using another Hotel to arrange car service to the airport, finding a COVID19 testing location for our return trip and getting local information. This place is great for an extended trip if you are very familiar with the Jerusalem area.

Awful....no hot water, no lock on outer door, hall light did not switch off. 3 hangers in tiny wardrobe for 2 people. Not enough cutlery. Not enOugh towels. Safety deposit box broken. Crumbs in the cutlery drawer. Described as Deluxe!! It was less than basic! Meant to have a front desk/concierge, this was non existent. In a busy street, very noisy, we could not sleep as there was noise outside until 3am. We checked out after one night....one of the worst places we have ever stayed in.

Great stay

Location was ideal for being in the heart of activity. Right off the pedestrian mall. The room was comfortable with great air conditioning, great natural light, and a strong shower. Room cleaning and towel change was a bit sporadic but the on-site employee will respond quickly to anything you need. Secure lock on door. Large safe in room. There were no hangars origanally but staff quickly remedied that.

Last night at 2:30am five police officers raided our hotel room. They didn't knock. They entered without warning using a room key (found at a crime scene) to enter the room while we were sleeping. They questioned us and noted we were lucky they found the key before the people they were looking for. It is completely unacceptable we were provided with a room with a missing key. The hotel should provide better security to its customers,
