Great location, wonderful room!

This was my second stay at Woodlands on Fall River and it was wonderful. I stayed for three days with my two grandsons, and the room was perfect, as was the location.

Having the river right out our front door was amazing, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Room was nice and roomy and comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

Beautiful property right on Fall River with a short drive to town or RMNP entrance. Perfect for a couple or small family. We especially enjoyed the wildlife visitors throughout our stay.

Thje Woodlands on Fall river is where you want to stay on your next trip to Estes Park - the rooms are very clean and the staff will work to take care of all your needs - My wife and i have stayed at the Woodlands for over 20 years and it is the place we will always stay - It is just a beautiful setting on Fall River and it is always well maintained.

Jonny, the owner/manager was extreamly helpful. The rest of the staff respectful. The rooms were clean, well apointed and had everything necessary for a wonderful stay. The location is incredible! The Fall River, surrounded by mountains, and a few miles from everything. Highly recommend staying here, I would again.
