The hotel was ok and the rooms not bad. But i was a bit turned off with the cockroaches in our room and the rat that ran across the lobby on our 3rd day there. Other than that the place was ok.

Location Location Location. Across from one of Manila's most popular mall: Robinsons Place. Tons of restaurants, bars, etc. Near metro. Great security! ALL visitors need identification to enter. Fabulous views from rooms. Staff super responsive, respectful, and incredibly helpful.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The view from the balcony was amazing at night. Wish the kitchenette was a little better sticked, but the refrigerator was in good working order. Overall a very nice place to stay

the unkindness of check-in

I've traveled a lot, but I've never felt unkind at the front desk, the face of the hotel. This hotel should be mindful of those aspects. A smileless face, unkind tone, no makeup on the face of the elderly staff, and the service to the guest was terrible. However, the service of the cleaning staff is up to scratch. Friendly staff. 1 Keycard is issued to each room regardless of the number of occupants. Can't see that occupants needs to be going out together and be back at the same time when plans to be and places to go would be different from one another. ..this is the first time encountered and is very frustrating. given. The explanation presented is absurd.That this is the new management policy.

Spectacular view overlooking the bay from the 44th floor. Room was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The room itself was extremely quiet. Room service personnel were very pleasant and reliable. Only slight concern was the Internet constantly going out, which caused connection problems with the TV and Wi-Fi.

This hotel is in a great location that's it, Room smells like garbage had bugs in bed roach Rm4312 don't do it didn't get bed changed 3 out of 9 nites.

This was an awesome find, 3 bedroom humongous apartment in Malate about 45 seconds walk from Robinson Mall. Check in and out was fast and easy. Hotel has an airport shuttle that’s reasonable in price. Apartment I had was in the 47th floor with an amazing view of Manila, windows allow you to see almost 180 degrees of the city. The pool was great for guests not crowded but not much Sun hitting it so can be cold which is nice on a hot Manila summer day. We had 11 people in our party and everyone was comfortable and happy with sleeping arrangements.

The rooms and building are infested with cockroaches There are rats literally running through the lobby and reception areas and these conditions seem to be accepted as normal by the staff and management. Although the cleaning staff appear to be genuinely friendly and pleasant. That is the one and only positive. Other than that if I have to rate JMM as a whole it would wth negative figures.
