I booked this resort without much thought. My main concern was the proximity to the concert that night. Needless to say, our stay was incredible, the room was perfect and the staff top notch. AND the concert was so close and all the fun activities between the resort and the venue was so lovely. Can't wait to come back!

Hotel is right on the plaza and there are several restaurants nearby, and you can walk to anything you need to very quickly. Close to the lift and gondola. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only complaint was that our bedding was a little bit outdated as the mattress was not very comfortable.

Not as expected

Loved the location of the property. Arrived half hour before check-in and was told room wasn’t ready(no big deal) and that they’d call when ready. Went back to check in half hour later and sat in lobby for another half hour waiting for an attendant at front desk. Watched numerous people try to check in as well. Room was not like pictured on booking site… was on ground floor and very dark, dated, and had strong odors.

Not worth the money, parking is a joke

The property is fine, but dated. The parking here is terrible on site parking is $26 a day and you better be driving a small european import. They also have a predatory parking enforcement that will ticket you for having a tire on the yellow lines. I paid for a parking space all three nights I was there and third night when we got back to the resort the lot was full. I had to park a block away in another parking lot that cost $50 for the night. The deal from hotels.com was one of the best in the area, but after all was said and done I would have rather stayed at the holiday inn express.

I loved how spacious the room was. Two bedroom suite but also had a pullout couch, could have fit 6 people. The check in was easy and the lodge is nearby everything you need. Rooms were clean. I would just suggest fixing up the blinds as one of the wood blinds was broken and people could see into our room. Luckily had a bathroom with a door that closed. The doors also need a little adjusting, they were titled and hard to close. Other than that, this was a wonderful peaceful place to stay.

We liked the location and the ease of getting to the areas within Park City without feeling downtown traffic congestion. The property is quiet and relaxing. It was a nice summer retreat.

These are owned by individuals so you dont know what to expect. We had lota of things go wrong and everytime we would call the # listed places they would say of you need to call the HOA. Go talk to the front desk. But they dont have phones anywhere to call the front desk. It took me 3 different #'s and over an hour to get maintenance to come up and fix the co2 detectors that was beeping from the time we got there. Then they put in a "new" one and it started to beep after 2 days. I'm not sure I would go back.

Check in was pretty ridiculous. We had to pay $25 a night extra that was never mentioned to park in a dark dank underground parking garage that was plastered with disgusting thick white filthy black corroded insulation, must have been exhaust from vehicles among other nasty things living up there! It was just gross and expensive! It was frustrating that when we booked it happened to be with a third party so you had to get your key out of a lock box that they send a code to you in a text. It really makes checking in very impersonable and not inviting at all! They didn't provide housekeeping of any kind, you couldn't get extra supplies like towels or extra toiletries or toilet paper because the person down at the regular check in refused to give us anything. We also had to take care of our own garbage which just made things inconvenient because you couldn't find a place to discard it other than regular garbage cans in the lobby where it doesn't fit. The sofa bed on the room that was supposed to be considered a second bed for the room was absolutely hideous!!! Not only was it old and broken but it took an hour to figure out how to pull it out to set it up and while doing so it practically pulled the whole bed apart! Talk about lumpy, hard and super uncomfortable!! The floor would probably have been more comfortable. The decor in the room was outdated and looked pitiful! Everything at the whole resort was super expensive!!! It also really made for a pain in the butt that it was c
