Staff very polite and helpful, the residence is really cute and well maintained. I would recommend it to anybody who is travelling to Antibes by car, great value price.

Great location for Azur Arena

We just stayed at the property as we attended a sports event in the nearby area. Very convenient location, walking distance. Property was clean, comfortable and very adequate for our stay.

Our stay was fine however the pictures made it look a look nicer than it actually was so we were disappointed when we arrived. It was very basic and a bit like a youth hostel/ prison type feel

The stuff is excellent and makes the stay a very positive experience. You can see that there are a lot of long term guests on the premises what makes it interesting. The pool area is very clean and a highlight. The value you get for what you pay is good, if the price would be increased more investment into the property can be done. Big thanks to the stuff! KR

Comfortable, spacious, well-equipped rooms with kitchenettes. Effective towel heaters in the bathrooms too! The complex appears to have been built as a student type residence and is laid out in several buildings connected by outdoor aerial walkways. I imagine it could get noisy in the corridors, but it was quiet when we stayed there. We'd been switched from a 5-person apartment to 2 adjacent rooms without notification from the property, but were happy with the setup and with the warm welcome and asisstance from the friendly security guard.

It was a last minute booking to be nearer the airport for an early morning flight so served a purpose. It was value for money, if people want luxury then you will not get it here but then you should expect to pay for that. This was inexpensive, clean and basic. Did have a good pool and sun loungers but we did not use them.

Pictures are very misleading. The property is very bad maintained. It was acceptable clean on the main areas but we found old pasta at the fridge. No soap in the bathroom! We were 4 and we had only 2 towels. There was a kitchenette but not even a glass or a coffee maker or coffee of any kind.

It was the worst experiencie we had. We arrive to check in at 20 pm, but there was nobody there. No human being from the hotel to do the check in. The put a phone number on the door "if you arrive later, please call xxx number". We called that number any times, may be 20 times, but nothing, the number didn`t work. The next morning, people from Zenitude told me they give back our money of the reservation (we have already pay it), but later, Expedia told us Zenitude deny to give our money back. Awful experiencie.

Zenitude Antibes was surprisingly excellent. We were used to stay in properties that are 3 or 4 stars, but due to our proximity to parking our car between Marseille and the rest of the CĂŽte d'Azur, this was a very convenient location. Although we were a little confused to getting off the A8 off-ramping to the property, it was easy enough after we arrived. The property was very clean. It had all the kitchen and cooking utensils we would need for daily meal prep. The pool was very attractive and was very well maintained and long. One could do full lapses. Meanwhile, we were also surprised by the Sauna and Workout room. Our room had a huge terrace (150 SF) and a dining table for us to eat outside. The quality of the hanging rack and tables were average, we would consider this a 3-star property in the US, maybe slightly above a AC or Best Western upgraded. Parking was free and very convenient as well once you get used to the labyrinth of the many A, B, C, D buildings. And getting in and out of the property was very easy. The check-in staff was very friendly, even though Luis intially did not find our restaurant. Overall: B

Il soggiorno Ăš stato piacevole, sufficiente la pulizia ( da curare meglio) e qualche arredo da rimodernare.. La struttura , vicina all'uscita dell'autostrada, Ăš in un'ottima posizione per gli spostamenti.. un plas in piĂč per il parcheggio...gentilissima la receptionist

Peut mieux faire.

Le personnel de l'Ă©tablissement est trĂšs bien. Souriant, renseigne correctement. Dommage que l'Ă©tablissement ne soit pas mieux entretenu. Salle de sport avec appareil en mauvais Ă©tat mais sauna et hammam sympa. La vue de la chambre est bien (vue piscine), par contre cheveux et poils trouvĂ© un peu partout dans l'appartement. Porte de la salle de bain cassĂ©e. Tache de gras sur les portes de placard... Au vu du prix pratiquĂ©s, certains efforts devrait ĂȘtre fait. Dommage.
