Lite trist incheck/reception. Rummet topp med balkong o vardagsrum. Perfekt för lite lÀngre vistelse. Fint kök med tvÀtt o tork etc.

Booking confirmation says 2 bathrooms, there were only 1. It says daily cleaning but there are none at sundays. It says wifi but there is a charge.Very bad cleaning. Cockroach in bathroom, room B002.

Fina lÀgenheter men dyra

VÀldigt fina lÀgenheter med fantastisk utsikt - hamnen pÄ ena sidan o Taffelberget pÄ andra. Stora fina rum, sköna sÀngar o bra service. Men att ta betalt för internet stör o poolerna var inte sÄ fina som det var pÄ bilderna (sol endast kort om dagarna). Det höga priset drar ner betyget.

Luxury appartment???

No wi-fi, 2 bedrooms had no reading lamps, only 4 chairs onthe balcony in an appartment for 6 guests. One day without cleaning of appartment. TV signal non existant Basically not value for money, security excellent but as difficult to get out as to getting in

The Perfect place to stay in Cape Town

Waterfront village is a wonderful apartment hotel with amazing apartments and is at perfect location right at the waterfront. Even though it's a self catering hotel the staff helps you with everything you need. We booked a three bedroom apartment and got upgraded to the penthouse with a stunning 360' view with our own private pool on our balcony. There is nothing we can complain about even if we tried. We will certainly come back to the Waterfront village next time we goes to Cape Town.

Jag hade hellre bott nÀrmare stranden. Om du vill Äka pÄ en stadstrip passar detta bra, men för den som vill njuta av solen och havet tror jag det Àr bÀttre att bo i camps bay exempelvis.

Lack of communication on how to locate the hotel apartment. Receptionist weren’t professional and laughed in your face whenever you expressed your concerned with an issue. Terrible customer service and communication

This is a very beautiful property within walking distance to the waterfront. It is very safe and it’s almost a park like environment. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to friends and family.

The property had stunning views from the back deck. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and had all the facilities we required except the coffee machine did not have any pods provided which was a bit disappointing. We couldn't open the directions link to the property and therefore found the property exceptionally difficult to find. We recommend you putting the directions in text inside the original email rather than a link. We also found the check-in process exceptionally lengthy and disjointed. We understand the need for the security but believe if the staff were better trained, it would have taken 10 minutes instead of 45. After a long trip from Australia and difficulty find the property, a lengthy check in process was frustrating and unnecessary. Everything else was lovely, particularly the cleanliness of the property and surrounds including the beautiful canal.

The experience was quite disappointing. We had to switch apartments because the safe was inoperable, the sliding door wouldn’t lock, and the hair dryer was faulty. We moved to a better apartment that we liked; however, we were disappointed that the bed sheets were not changed at all during our entire 5-night stay.

Most amazing location with views of the canal, table Mountain or the V&A waterfront. This is the best location in Cape Town. You are seconds away from shops, restaurants and the Mail tourist attractions are all accessible from this location.

Excellent location tired apartment

Central location to waterfront, excellent security, nice views. Apartment needs some improvements- leaky shower flooded bathroom each time so had to mop up the floor constantly, cigarette burns in the curtains, awkward blinds. Would stay again but not in that particular apartment.

The property is well set up so that one can park opposite one's flat in a secure safe place. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful and the security was excellent.

I loved everything about my stay at Waterfront Village. The staff was exceptional. I felt completely safe in and around the complex. The setting was gorgeous. My accommodations were beautiful and more complete than any hotel.

My husband and I traveled with friends. We liked the spacious accommodations. The one bedroom unit was cleaned daily and had all of the conveniences of home. The location, options for food, shopping, mall entertainment, and accessibility to transportation was wonderful. The marina area was a great place to stay.

Accomodation not to miss.

We would definately stay here again. The apartment was well furnished and was daily serviced. It was very clean and had a great view from the balcony. About a 10 minute walk to the centre of the V and A where a vast amount of restaurants and shops can be found. Check in was good, friendly staff who explained everything to us about the apartment and places to go. Limited check in time a little difficult as our flight didn't arrive until 9.30.pm so had to stay at another hotel for a night. Bathroom needed a bit of attention. Tiles on the bathside and bath pitted!
