Iverall a very good experience. The appartement is nice my furnished, great communication, clear instructions and central location. Some things could be improved such as appliances in the kitchen (there were no knives) and cleanlineds of towels (one was stained).

The property was excellent, very clean and well maintained, and in a great location. It was very convenient and we were able walk everywhere we wanted to go. Would highly recommend this location to family and friends.

Really cute apartment in the middle of Griffintown. Easy walk to local restaurants, cafes, grocery. In fact, there are 5 or 6 excellent restaurants within 3 blocks. Walking to the downtown area is very do-able, but we also Uber'd from the apartment. Highly recommend.

Everything was ok, just need some amenities like small towels, kitchen towels, more glasses and wine glass. Conditioner. But we had a very nice stay. The Sofabed is very confortable.

It is a nice place to stay with parking included. The place cojld me a little cleaner. The neighbor next door was ver noisy the second night and we could not get a good sleep.

The space was impeccably clean and everything was perfectly set up! We just were unable to get in touch with the owners regarding checkin with the phone number that they messaged us from, maybe because it was an automated phone number but regardless was quite lovely overall!

The unit is a cute little studio with walking distance to some restaurants, bars, and about a 20min walk from notre dame. overall the stay was good except for the following reasons: There is no parking and difficulty to find space due to construction and few street parking spaces. we had some issues checking in since there is noone to help but the manager called after talking to Hotels.com and sent us the email with the instructions. As far as the unit, it can be loud since you can hear everything in the adjacent and upstairs units. The bathroom has all the essentials, except the shower is a little small. The bed is queen size but felt uncomfortable to sleep in after a while since it was a little firm and we ended up in the middle. There is a unit a/c but was difficult to use and ultimately never used it. The kitchen and living room are a nice size with a dishwasher that is a plus. Overall, the stay was good for the price.

I rarely leave reviews, and when I do, they’re usually positive, but I feel obligated to share my terrible experience to warn future guests. I checked in at 6 PM, only to find my room hadn’t been cleaned. The so-called “deluxe suite” was heavily worn, nothing like the heavily photoshopped images online. The smoke detector was beeping (the attendant was quick to fix it), but the noise from upstairs was unbearable due to zero sound insulation. Parking was also a challenge. But the worst part? Someone broke into my room while I was sleeping. At 6 AM, I woke to my door opening and closing. Half-asleep, I thought I was imagining it, but an hour later, I heard noises in the kitchen. When I got up, I found a large, drunk, and confused man sitting there. I panicked, thinking he was an intruder and I might have to defend myself. It turns out he had mistakenly booked the following night, yet he was still able to access the building—and my room—because the codes weren’t changed between guests. Even worse, there was no latch to lock the door from the inside. This is a serious security risk. I contacted the owner multiple times, giving them a chance to address it, but they ignored me. For your safety, do not stay here. Mistakes happen, but this level of negligence is unacceptable.

Very close to everything you want to see in my opinion. Came with a group of friends and we loved how close it was to old montreal and near by clubs for friends who love to go out for drinks and dance!

The area was beautiful close to downtown but the room was dirty when we arrived. Nasty stains on the couch, pee stain on the bed sheets and a dirty shower. Reported the issue and they said they would send cleaners and no one showered up. Asked for more towels as we only had 2 and still nothing. Room was very run down.

Tout est correct Ă  cet endroit mais rien n’est parfait. C’est idĂ©al pour vivre comme Ă  la maison sans trop de casse-tĂȘte. C’est propre correct, la finition est correcte, l’ameublement est correct. C’est ma 3ieme visite et c’est mieux que beaucoup d’hĂ©bergements que j’ai dĂ©jĂ  visitĂ©! D’avoir un stationnement est un gros plus! Du rangement dans la douche, des dĂ©barbouillettes, des moulures mieux finies et des fenĂȘtres propres donneraient un plus mais ça obligerait Ă  louer plus cher. Bon rapport qualitĂ©/prix!

Be warned, absolutely terrible experience!

One of the worst experiences at any accomodation found on hotels.com There were numerous small issues, tv remote didn't work, Uber eats was stolen while I was in the washroom etc. but the most major was an incredibly strong and unbearable smell of sulfur that began on day two of my stay and endured until I left. I messaged the hosts on the platform, I text and I called and tried everything to get in contact. This was at 4:30pm on a Tuesday. I had to leave because the smell was so strong I was getting a severe headache and was worried for my health. I stayed out until late, all along messaging and calling and trying to simply figure this out but they never replied. They didn't respond until the following morning and simply said some along the lines of "its not gas". No apologies, no solution. Meanwhile, fearing for my safety I slept a few hours, which I was very nervous about, but had no other choice, and left early in the morning. The smell had begun to fade morning but the host ignored messges and has done nothing to try and resolve the situation. Terrible communication, dirty accomodation and unbearably strong smell of sulfur for the entire stay. Be warned!!!
