Great hotel

Great stay, great staff. Front desk was always helpful and the room exceeded our expectations. Lots of room, one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

Great first trip to Copenhagen. The Hypernym staff are friendly and helpful. The suite was perfect for preparing meals with several grocery stores nearby as well as easy access to public transportation and Hop on busses.

Hypernym suite

The hotel suite was excellent. Having a kitchen with decent sized fridge/freezer and stove/oven along with the utensils was helpful since most places were closed for the holidays. A living/dining area with separate bedroom made for extra comfort. Lots of closet space. In unit washer/dryer was extremely convenient. The section we stayed at had its own elevator and entrance. Was not able to try the restaurant or bar during this stay. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. Check in was quick and easy as was the check out.

We had a nice apartment with a view to the cinema. It looked great. Lots of storage for clothes and bathroom things. Many mirrors and two TVs. Cozy lights in the living room area. Black out blinds everywhere and it was quite quiet. The bed was big and comfortable and there were many pillows. There are sockets everywhere. Friendly staff :) Sadly there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom and there were no towels/cloths/paper towels in the kitchen area. Great stay all in all, would go again!

We loved it. Beautiful hotel within a five minute walk to the metro, train station, and the main pedestrian walking street. This was our second time in Copenhagen and we wish we would have stayed here both times.

This hotel is an excellent value for the cost. We stayed in an apartment since we had an extended stay in Europe and needed to do laundry. The apartment has a kitchen with a cooktop, a good size refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/ dryer. There was a dining area, sofa and chair and large TV. The size of the apartment was amazing, you could easily stay here for weeks. Location is great with public transportation nearby and plenty of coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants in the area. Front staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is a real gem!

This is the second time that my husband and I stayed in one of the apartments. The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and it is very quiet. The kitchen had up to date appliances and a washer and drier unit. It’s a few blocks from the main train station and several blocks from a grocery store as well as walking distance to the central city. Because the Hypernym is also a hotel there are staff members available twenty four hours a day. We plan to always stay at the Hypernym when we come to Copenhagen.

This apartment was beautifully decorated and large in size and had everything you need to immediately feel at home. The one big issue that pretty much ruined this was the lack of soundproofing from upstairs. Every time someone walked around in the upstairs apartment the noise was horrendous every footstep was a loud thump so not a lot of sleep was had as we had some very active people staying upstairs.

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities including full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, chromecast tv, etc. very well located just a few blocks from main railroad station, city hall square, stroget, and other sites. Only complaint: no place in shower to put soap and light switches near entry don’t always work (second set in bedroom we’re fine). Aside from that would highly recommend.

Unbelievable, exaggerated parking price. 500 dkk for one night. I parked outside and got a ticket almost as the same amont, but then it was just 5 meter from the hotel interence 😅 the air-conditioning was not regulated well so it was too loud (almost like a jet motor), and we were forced to turn it off and open a window instead. The whole design of our room were really great. We had a small kitchen with all amenities such as washer, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances etc. The staff were nice and helped with all needed information. Hotel location 10/10.

The Hypernym hotel is an uber elegant, super hip hotel in the heart of Mali Stan, arguably the best location you could ever want if you're visiting stockholm. The staff is extremely vigilant in attending to your comfort and every need possible. The lobby bar is a wonderful place to just hang out, drink awesome cocktails or have a bite to eat, with exceptional music to create the perfect dreamy vibe. Their complimentary breakfast buffet is absolutely outstanding and something we looked forward to each morning. My only suggestion would be to upgrade their mattreses. Ours felt rather old and uncomfortable, despite a very nice topper and high quality linens. It just sort of slunk down in the middle. This was NOT enough to change our opinion of this absolutely gorgeous, wonderful hotel. The staff deserve a huge amount of praise for how incredibly attentive and kind they were! 5-stars!

All staff are very helpful and nice. I worried that there was pretty loud music across from the hotel/room, and I checked with reception if that would be all night. They said it’s till 9pm & it was stopped when I went to bed. We also rented the bike from hotel. The rate of 24 hours might be slightly higher than private bike rental or bike sharing program, but it’s really slightly. To us, it was easier & more convince renting at the hotel. Room was big & comfortable. Nice to have kitchen & washer dryer in the room. And the room had Hans Werner’s Y chairs!!!!!! There were grocery store & coffee shop close by. And good affordable pizza restaurant was also around the corner of hotel. Walkable to central station (just watch out your wheel luggage. Those European stone road is waiting for you. Only negative part is that room cleaning system
reception told us to put the sign at the door before 9am ONLY when you want clean/make the room otherwise no one come inside. Even won’t pick up trash, so we didn’t put the sign because we thought it’s unnecessary to clean our room. However, bed was made, towels were changed & some trash was cleaned
good thing we secured our belongings all the time anyway, but we are confused
otherwise overall my husband and I loved this hotel. We would love to stay again if we have chance to come back to Copenhagen!
