Everything was perfect! Jeffrey, the manager, was helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The rooms were very nice. The handicapped-accessible room was huge! The rooms were very clean.

It was a nice place. The staff needs to be a little more informative and the breakfast needs to be updated. A waffle machine would be nice. The room was nice. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Mowtly excellent, highly recommended!

No frills but none needed. Staff was wonderfully friendly and polite but never intrusive. The only problem was the air conditioning was hard to manage.

I liked how close this property is to shopping and dining options. Dunkin' Donuts is easily walkable and the rest is a very short drive away. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful but I didn't really need anything after check-in, which was fast and easy. The room could've been a little cleaner, the floor felt dirty under my feet, but otherwise everything was good.

Great place to stay for a night or two with super easy access to the Hadley and Amherst areas. The Whole Foods just behind the hotel (with lots of other shopping as well) was only topped by the access to the rail to trail path right behind the shopping center. What a great place to sneak in your morning run or walk while on the road!! The hotel itself was pretty much as advertised. A bit run down but clean with friendly staff and all amenities in working order. Loved that we could do our laundry on the spot.

Overall nice. Room was clean, until you looked at the bottom of your feet/socks. Recommend wearing slippers or socks at all times. Location was nice. Shopping/food all around you.

A good value. Bed was a little too used, there were parts of the room that had not been cleaned in a while. The phone system continuously blinks a red light, unless you unplug it, the Pergo floors are much noisier than carpeted ones. Surprised by the level of amenities for the money and the morning coffee was pretty decent.

The elevator was not working, there was no water in the vending machines, the cups for the juice dispenser were all stuck together, the remote in our room did not work

They moved me to Howard Johnson instead and they didn't meet the ammendities i wanted. Spiders in room, odor was unbearable.

I enjoyed staying at the EconoLodge. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom fan was loud, but that is minor. I was moving a freshmen into college so the hotel’s location near Bed Bath and Beyond, Target and Walmart was very convenient. I did hear while I was there that the hotel will be temporarily used as dorm rooms for UMass. The students will be getting some pretty swanky dorm rooms. This is as of August 2022. I am not sure how long UMass will be renting the hotel, or if they are taking over the whole hotel. I do hope that the EconoLodge becomes available in the future.
