The receptionist and security guard kept us safe and helped with getting local directions and recommendations for dining. Room was very spacious, views were amazing, and bed was very comfortable. We loved it!!! We will stay ahain.

Great location fully stocked executive apartment

There was a great location. The department was fully equipped with everything we needed. The only issue that we have with this property is that our apartment did not have great Wi-Fi, which was a problem for us because we were there for work.

very convenient place to stay if you are doing any sightseeing nearby. Close to lots of places. Place looked exactly as pictured. Not a quiet place but it is right beside a busy street so i cannot complain.

Although there were minor issues with the property (bathroom door handle issue, lock issue, etc) the staff were very communicative and ensured that our stay was taken care and that things were fixed as the issue arrived. Place is very central and well kept, has a beautiful upstairs patio area and the room had amazing views. Overall great place to stay but the staff and their attentive to fix little issues are what makes this place great.

Overall it was a great experience but the only problem is it’s extra charge for room cleaning unless you book for 7 day stay and outside of the building can be noisy but good thing they provide ear plugs

Everything was great! Walls very thin, so you can hear almost everything in other apts BUT besides that everything was soooooo great. They held my bags for me the following day until my flight.

Great location

The pictures are prettier than in real life but it was still a great place to stay, very clean and wonderful location. We will be staying here again. Jose, the security guard was excellent, we had some trouble checking in and he helped us. He also gave us great tips and recommendations for the area. The rooms are not sound proof and the area can get a little loud, they do have ear plugs on each nightstand which helped.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

At first it was a little difficult to find the hotel because of the small entrance. The hotel was very good at communication. There was always friendly representatives at the front desk. The rooms were fine, a little smaller than expected but they met our needs. However the AC was very underpowered and could probably use some maintenance. Some nights were very noisy because of the highway right next to the hotel, which explains the ear plugs on the night stands, fortunately we didn't find a need for them. We would definitely keep this hotel in mind if we're ever visiting Mexico City again. All in all a nice stay.

The dryer does not work, the assistance needs to be improved, they only changed my towels once, not enough toilet paper, the elevator broke 4 times during my 5 days stay.

Nicely appointed and new apartments in a convenient location. The appartment was clean and well equipped, although some basic facilities such as a hairdryer or iron / ironing board were lacking. Great security staff which made the property feel very safe. Be aware the building is on a busy main road and the rooms are noisy, although air plugs were provided by the property. If possible, ask for an appartment on the higher floors.
