Beautiful, clean, and spacious!

We really loved this condo. It was spacious and comfortable with abundant amenities. The balcony with a table and chairs was a great place for us to take our coffee in the morning and have a glass of wine in the evening. I would absolutely stay here again.

Unable to access property due to technical error. Waiting stairwell at 8pm in 30 degrees heat with a five year old and with no information of when we’d be able to gain access. They refused to refund during my calls with them (so we could find alternative accommodation). We ended up having to leave and find an alternative place to stay at 9pm on a Saturday night. To be clear, this isn’t an apart hotel. It’s a vacation rental within a complex where (many retired) people live. There isn’t any physical presence and they appear to be reliant on a call centre if anything goes wrong.

good location, but walking in you had a greeting to roaches scattering, left property immediately to go to different location. this the south, so they do live here, but property should have regular pest control. The good thing was they did issue a refund for the stay

We weren’t real sure where we wanted to stay during our visit to Wilmington. This was a nice centralized location with easy access to downtown, the beaches or shopping. The unit was clean and I appreciated have dish soap, keurig cups and laundry detergent provided. This is at a true apartment building with full time residents living there. I first thought was it’s weird, but ended up being fine. There is ice and coffee in the leasing building too. I would stay here again.

Central Wilmington condo

The condo was beautiful! We needed two bedrooms and two bathrooms and this was perfect. Check in and check out was seamless. Only challenge was dishwasher was broken and of course we learned this after filling it with dirty dishes. Please be aware this unit is right next to a very busy road and you will hear road noise. Having said that, we would happily stay here again.

Great Space, Great Deal, Short Ride to the Beaches

We were pleasantly surprised by the space of the apartment. It was fairly comfortable with the slight exception of the beds. The mattresses were less than ideal especially on the sofa sleeper (recommend replacing.) Although not a dealbreaker but the bedroom doors could use WD40, and the cabinets above the refrigerator needs a good wipe down. The location was fantastic. Close to Atlantic and Carolina Beaches, and a plethora of retail stores and restaurants. And the amenities were great as well. We will for sure utilize this space again in the future since we are frequent beach goers that believes spending over $1200 on a single room for a weekend at the beach is ridiculous.

The pool was heated. About mile away from the mall. Has trash pick up. Just place it outside the door between 5pm and 7pm someone will come pick it up. Spacious apt. Washer and dryer Dislike 1 was dirty not sweated good. 2 Bring your own sheets. 3 toilets should’ve been cleaner. And worst one was fridge smelled like fish. All the food we had in fridge had a tainted taste after being in there the first day.

I was VERY disappointed with my stay at this Kasa property. While the community and the actual apartment was nice, it was disgusting! Either the apartment was not cleaned before we got there, or the cleaning was below subpar. The kitchen was NOT cleaned, utensils were dirty and sticky; the fridge REEKED of fish, like BAD; the linen was not washed and had stains and even stuck on food; someone swept the floor and instead of cleaning up the door, they swept it into the laundry room; there was trash left under the bed in the main bedroom; and the "spare" linen was just as nasty as the linen left in the bathroom. We had to buy all new linen to even be able to stay at the property. The website was glitchy and I had so much difficulty just getting checked in; I couldn't even find the customer support number. There is no "check-in" desk like you would find at a normal hotel. I had such high hopes for this stay because I did a lot of research and heard so many great things; needless to say, we will NOT be staying with Kasa again.

Loved the area the property was located and the property was landscaped very nice. I liked the openness of the common area inside and the beds and baths were a very good size. Now I did not like the musty smell of the apartment and the filter was very dirty. It needs to be sprayed for pest as there were several rollie pollie's and silverfish. The sofabed was extremely too hard. The springs were felt through the mattress and make it difficult to sleep on, the furniture appeared a very low modular type. Other than that it was a 3.5 star. Also, It was very bothersome to keep receiving text messages concerning the noise level. I went outside and could not hear any noise and even when I was in the bedroom with the door closed I didn't hear noise. I inquired a couple of neighbors to be sure it was not coming into their personal space and no one heard any noise. It was very disturbing to me and the guest i had and made us feel as if we had to be quiet like church mice.

âž» I enjoyed my stay at Kasa Southside Wilmington. It’s perfectly nestled between Wrightsville Beach and Downtown—both just a short drive away. I’ve stayed here before and really appreciated having access to the pool. It was a great alternative when I didn’t feel like dealing with the beach crowds and sand, lol. On this trip, the pool was unfortunately down, so I’d recommend checking in advance if that’s a must-have for you. Other than that, it was a quiet and clean stay. Would definitely return!
