Great location

Easy access, clear directions, great spot close to everything! Very happy with our stay. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the stairs were steep & uneven. Floors uneven and on a slant. For those with balance issues. But we were fine. The bedding and pillows were soooo comfortable! No issue with shared bathroom. The AC was already on for us. Great space! Recommend!

Very cozy and clean place close to the heart of Boston. The staff is very responsive to any issues that come up (in my case the batteries for the remote were dead). It would've been nice if there was an ice machine in the kitchen area. Other than that the place is very comfortable.

I appreciated having an affordable option not far from the Boston Commons. It was a small walk up with a shared bathroom but really turned out fine.

Reasonable stay in Boston

The unit was very interesting. All the amenities were there. Two issues were that it was not clear that the shared bathroom was not on the same floor as the room. And the setup of the room did not allow plugging in the microwave and the coffee maker if the television was plugged in. I had to move it around and it was very tight to try to do that

The property was exceptionally peaceful and quiet. Any requests or needs were promptly addressed. The property was meticulously maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The best part was the proximity to shopping and tourist areas.

According to price, it is what to be expected. Although the photo's on the website did not match the room. Everything was there. A good bed, a private bathroom and a kichinette. A bit far the nearest shops (supermarket). But nice, quiet, perfect communication. Very well explained in emails upfront arrival about door access etc.

The room was untidy and for the building with about 15 rooms there was only two shared bathrooms. During my stay, one bathroom was always cloggedd and the other bathroom shower had issues.

Wonderful property. However, just to know that the stairs were very steep. And the bathroom is shared. Otherwise very cute area. A little loud but other than that was, I had a wonderful time.

Nothing was working, toilets were clogged and overflowing, horrible. Dirty rooms and carpets. Poor overall management and condition. Shower was not functioning for 3 days out of 6 days in shared bathroom and toilet was blocked in toilet upstairs, and everyone was using single shared bathroom. They didn't even clean the overflowing toilets and it was all smelly.

I don't mind a cheap motel, but this was exceptionally poor. The place is a dump. During my stay (for business travel), I woke up and one of only 2 showers for the unit were disabled. That left one shower for 16ish units in the building. Not ideal when you have to shower and get meetings early in the morning in reasonable time. I messaged the contact and they told me the shower was "fixed" within the day. Next morning I went to use the shower and only extremely hot low pressure water was available. I take very hot showers, but this was scalding, it impossible for me to withstand. Still one shower for 16ish units. I encountered a maintenance guy that morning and talked to him about it, he was aware and assured me it'd be dealt with. Next morning, no change. One shower for 16ish units. I wish I brought sandels for the shower. Apart from that, the building is clearly poorly maintained, with superficial finishing that must be concealing (although not well) a very poorly maintained building. The rooms were clean enough, but probably below most very lousy motels. Visible smears of who-knows-what on walls and lots of small details of general scum. Doors falling off hinges, areas that haven't been touched, whitewash concealing deep damage and maybe rot. Mattress and bedding seemed fine but I decided (for my own personal peace of mind) not to interrogate cleanliness of underlying mattress or the wall against the bed. Spend the extra money on something more reputable. I wish I had.

Great location, couple blocks away from Commonwealth park and subway station. Room was pretty tight but good cant be the price. Communication with the property was very good and very responsive. Shared restrooms but i i never once had to wait to shower or use the restroom. I was satisfied with my stay.
