The property was premium and very clean, it had all the utilities I needed and the welcome care package was a nice treat. The apartment was of a high standard just as advertised and it did not disappoint. Modern furnishings and well kept. I would highly recommend.

Very unique property. Excellent use of space but honestly, everything was small and tight. Missed not having any hotel representation on site. Luckily the cleaning staff were able to help u connect with the right people.

We stayed 21 nights and enjoyed the apartment and Lisbon. Transfer of door codes by email at the airport worked well and the shuttle service was excellent. The apartment suited us well - cozy (a bit tight for some N. American standards), well equipped, and functional. Transportation to anywhere in Lisbon and beyond is very close by. The local neighbourhood was interesting, a bit run down in places but also worth exploring due to local ambiance, parks and hangouts frequented by local people. Grocery store is very close by. The apartment staff were friendly and very accommodating. When a small problem occurred 19 days into our stay, it was corrected immediately when we phoned. We will stay here again.

Pros: - apartment was clean - location was good (bus stop right infront of the building, only a few minutes walk to Lx-factory) Cons: - Communication about the Check-In was not good - we didn’t receive the information in time - after we called they sent us the check-in information via WhatsApp (aswell as the Check-In codes for two other apartments - after talking to some others there - we weren’t apparently not the only ones that happened to) - front door of the building was damaged - so that everyone could enter even without a code - apartment has a glass front and door - so that everyone can look in the lofts (you’ve only got transparent curtains) - bathroom is really small

Interesting place

Pros: -new apartment -has all the necessary kitchen appliances & equipment -has washer with dryer system in one -provides breakfast -cleans every other day -easy access using codes Con: -It’s too far from the city center. -human-less management so no one to talk to when there’s an issue (like people smoking inside the building, strangers following into the building, etc) -you need a working phone to call the management so for tourist who have only e-sim, it’s impossible to communicate -apartment is visible from outside when you leave.

The lofts are a rally nice concept, the room was clean and looked really good. Bathroom was really small, but that was expected for the suite. Great having access to laundry and other amenities. Location is great, easy access to transit, central Lisbon, Belem, and a few minutes ride to the airport. I never knew if I had a two way communication with the host, or it was just automatically generated messages, and never replied my my WhatsApp message to get some clarity. I felt they didn't directly answered my questions regarding luggage and check-in details as I received a few contradictory messages regarding the check in being at a different location than the apartment. At the end it worked really well, but when you are flying international it's a bit stressful when they send you the actual check-in information a few hours before the check-in. Again, overall it was a great stay,

Apartamento confortĂĄvel

A estadia foi confortĂĄvel. O apartamento era bonito, bem equipado, com cama confortĂĄvel, cozinha funcional e mĂĄquina de lavar roupa – o que foi muito Ăștil. A comunicação com a equipa foi excelente: sempre que precisei, fui atendida com rapidez e simpatia. Os pontos negativos foram principalmente relacionados Ă  limpeza. Havia muito calcĂĄrio em vĂĄrias partes do apartamento e a porta da casa de banho tinha defeito, nĂŁo abria completamente. Durante o banho, saĂ­a bastante ĂĄgua para fora. O elevador do prĂ©dio tambĂ©m estavam visivelmente sujo, com pĂł e marcas acumuladas, o que causava uma mĂĄ impressĂŁo. Outro ponto negativo foi o cheiro no exterior. Dentro do apartamento o cheiro era bom, mas sempre que abrĂ­amos as janelas, entrĂĄvamos ou saĂ­amos do prĂ©dio, havia um cheiro muito forte a esgoto, bastante desagradĂĄvel. Apesar desses pontos, o apartamento em si Ă© confortĂĄvel e tem potencial. Com melhorias na limpeza e manutenção, pode ser uma Ăłtima opção para estadias futuras.

The hotel is indeed in a great location – central, convenient, and easy to access. The interior design is tasteful and modern, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The room had all the necessary appliances, and we appreciated the small basket of snacks – a thoughtful touch. That said, your sleep experience will depend entirely on which side of the hotel your room is on. On some nights, it was perfectly calm; on others, street and transport noise made it difficult to rest. So, it really comes down to luck. Unfortunately, communication with the hotel was a major downside. Whether via WhatsApp, Expedia, or email, responses from the administration took hours – sometimes even days. This was especially frustrating when the water supply in our initial room was completely cut off on the very first day – no drinking water, no running water at all. It took several hours just to get any response from staff about the issue. Eventually, we were moved to a new room, but there was no upgrade or even a small gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience. Overall, while the place itself has strong potential, the lack of responsive communication and poor handling of issues significantly impacted the experience.

De communicatie laat te wensen over. Na 18.00 uur is er simpelweg niemand bereikbaar, wat in deze tijd echt niet meer van deze tijd is. Er staat wel dat er speciale incheck instructies zijn, maar daar hou je geen rekening mee daar alle hotels 24-uurs service hebben!

Just save yourself the headache, terrible communication, takes way too long just to get a code to the apartment. The apartment wasnt cleaned at all so be prepared to spend on another hotel. The whole experience was just a massive mess!
