This is a gem of a property. Staff is amazing, food was amazing, rooms wow! Will definitely be back. One piece of advice that was not immediately obvious to us is they have a daily shuttle to local beach clubs but you need to book it at least two hours in advance. We went to "Panamera" which was great with our two kids (10, and 18)

It’s a small boutique hotel. Surrounding plants and trees, quiet at night. There’s a power outage for an hour. Overall is good, very hot in Tulum. Maybe the reason of the power.

The hotel lives up to its "unique name". Beautiful property with impressive villas that feel like you are staying in the jungle. Pools everywhere. Excellent service and amazing restaurant.

The hotel is different and if you want to stay in a different place it is pretty cool. However, you need to know that no restaurants are walking distance from the hotel you must get a taxi or rent a vehicle. It is safe to walk but your are looking at about a 5 mile walk to get to the nearest restaurant and about 3 miles to a convenient store. The hotel does have a restaurant which has ok food, but I really did not enjoy the food. My kids did not like the food much either. You can order food and it will get to you in less than 25 min. so that is definitely a plus. Overall, it was a good stay, but it does have it's pros and cons.

Loved the hotels overall design and its integration in the jungle. Rooms and service including communication even via WhatsApp was excellent. The staff was also super friendly. Only the way to hotel was a bit challenging because it was not paved yet, but we knew this before. Would definitely come again!

It was amazing I loved the service and my family had such a comfortable stay we loved the food the drinks everything. The only thing is that they do not have a hot tub. The small pool is just a jetted pool it doesn’t heat up. One of the main reasons I booked it but wasn’t a big deal in the end.

Amazing staff, they made me feel so welcome. Beautiful property/site. Excellent food at restaurant. Quiet, tranquil, very relaxing. My only critique is that the road leading into the property is unpaved and very bumpy; I understand it does not belong to Siwa, but they should find a way to get it paved.

The onside food is just OK. For the most part is very friendly and helpful.A lot of the outdoor places were not thoroughly cleaned such as the outdoor furniture, looking moldy at the bottom and there were stains on some of the bedding. The front desk connected us with a vendor for Atv rental that broke down on us in the middle of the night on the side of a dark road twice. Not a terrible choice but definitely won’t be staying again.

I booked with Siwa for my birthday 7-30-24 I had an amazing time! My room was the BEST 💖 very clean alot of space the jungle views Amazing!!! I booked a birthday package let’s just say I’ll be returning. My favorite ask for David for the best drinks! Pily, Dayanara, Gladys, Daniel, Mari, Diana, Nahvel, Charley and Daniel. The staff are all great! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you don’t have a car is very inconvenient to get around. It has a lot of plants and trees and perhaps this is the reason got bitten my whole leg either by fleas or some some sort of insects

Pili was Exceptional at her job.. This is a newer property, which has only been open for about six months, but you wouldn’t be able to tell by how well everyone performed their tasks. The property was well kept. I forgot the man who served us every day at the restaurant, but he was baldhead Overall, a peaceful stay in the middle of the jungle if there was only one complaint, it would be the road leading up to the property extremely rocky dirt Road, which was a little unpleasant, but once you get to property, you forget all about it

Ok stay

We had a nice stay at Siwa. Overall, the hotel is fine. The rooms are good, but there are many small things that don’t work well. The water had a hard time getting warm, and the cleaning was not done daily, even though we were at the beach from 11 AM to 5 PM every day. The beds were far too small and soft, and the pillows were really poor and oversized, plus the duvet/blanket was made of some synthetic material. The receptionists deserve great praise; they were really sweet and very helpful. I don’t think the price reflects the quality one would have expected.

Not worth the high price

Their staff was generally very kind, but they were constantly out of food and didn't let us know at check-in that there would be a day or two without food at the hotel due to the New Years celebration they were hosting. It caused us to go out of the property on very busy days to find groceries. It was extremely inconvenient as we booked our stay at the hotel to just relax and sit by the pool. The front desk staff also spoke a lot of the whatsapp text chain, but would rarely respond when we needed assistance. The room was quite nice. The pools in front of the rooms are mostly for decoration. Overall very expensive for what you get.

Terrible service and unprofessional practices

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, and the atmosphere felt tense. The staff in the restaurant were stressed and curt, and despite being clear with our order, we received an extra dish we didn’t order, and another was switched to the wrong one. We didn’t touch either of these dishes, but they were still included on the bill, and it took 15 minutes of discussion with the staff to have them removed. Breakfast was also disappointing, offering only one dish and one drink (e.g., coffee but no juice), with no flexibility for allergies. The beds were uncomfortable, with hard mattresses, and the pillows were excessively firm, making it difficult to sleep. The tipping process was awkward—staff directly instructed us to write in a tip amount instead of asking politely. The worst experience came at check-out. We were 45 minutes late, but as Gold members, late check-out should have been included. Instead, we were charged a $500 penalty with no prior warning or reminders. It felt like the staff purposely waited for us to leave so they could impose the fee. We remained polite and friendly throughout our stay, but the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. We do not recommend this hotel due to poor service, uncomfortable rooms, and unreasonable charges.
