Excellent location

I had a lovely stay at Flores 36. The location is amazing as you are in the middle of a gorgeous laneway with many cafes and restaurants. Just a short 5 minute walk to the riverfront and the Luis Bridge. Just 5 minutes from Sao Bento station. The room itself was very comfortable, although there were no drawers to put any clothes, only a hanging rack. The complimentary carafe of port wine was lovely. The bathroom is small but functional. I would recommend staying here.

Superb Location!

Superb location, very good facilities and helpful staff. The prearrival checkin and info on nearest shops etc sent by email to guests was very helpful

Nice helpful welcome experience, but did not see anyone at the desk again for 2 days until the day I left. Still, nice room, great location, and I would stay here again. Decent price.

Great place to stay in Porto. Be aware it is in the central tourist area and will be noisy if you have a street facing room. Restaurants/cafe/bars within 2 min walk. Will definitely stay again when I return to Porto

Absolutely loved our stay here! Close to everything, we rented a car so parking was nearby. Restaurants and port wine tastings were fantastic. Antonio was great and helped so much! We will definitely be back!

Very good location. We stayed two nights and walkable to everywhere. The self check in instructions should send out one day before arriving. We left the previous hotel early in the morning and heading to Porto. We had to stop in other places and arrived this hotel around 7 in the evening. My phone doesn’t have data. Lucky the bus we took had a wifi. So saw the self check in instructions on the bus. If bus doesn’t have WiFi, then we would not know when we got there.

It gets a poor rating for three reasons. 1) Poor access for car transportation. 2) Noisy building- floor squeaks, thin walls, refrigerator, window rattles with wind, etc. 3) Faulty fire alarm went off twice at night. Staff were inaccessible and unresponsive to this issue. Everything else... great!

My suite at Flores 36 was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Office staff were very helpful when it came to checking in and out and giving advice about getting around Porto.

Lovely stay in Porto!

Great location, friendly staff. Good value. The room had hard floors, which I love as it is non- allergy and nice and clean. Our room had doors opening onto Rua Flores, which was lovely and we could hear the street musicians from our room.

Excellent property!!

Property is at excellent location, i couldnt ask for more and very near to all attractions but its located at main city street, unfortunately street performers are quite late on sat and I'm early person. I would strongly recommend the property, the reception he is friendly and recommended very good brunch place near the property.

Reception staff was great, Elder was very welcoming and happy to assist. Our room was nice and spacious, bathroom can be a cleaned/scrubbed better but it’s okay. Hotel very close to Sao-Bento station and it’s in the heart of the old city so you can walk everywhere. In the other hand it can be noisy at night with a lot of people outside and singers, but if you close windows and shutters it was fine.

Great Location! In the heart of the old town with shopping and dining right outside of building. Easily walkable from Metro and to all sites. Receptionist was very helpful in giving suggestions for restaurants and sites to see. Only complaint was that unit was full of ants. Thought it was only in the kitchen but it was in the whole unit.

Great, central apartments

We had an excellent stay in Flores 36. We had made a special request and this was accommodated. We were arriving later in the evening when the reception was closed but the communication about late check from the apartment manager was excellent and everything went smoothly. We had 2 studio apartments, both well equipped and very clean. The balconies were a nice bonus! The location is very central, ideal for exploring Porto. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, we would definitely return.

The room was basic but all we needed, the balcony was really nice. The bed was comfy and the water pressure was good. The internet was good, the staff were all very friendly. Location was perfect. We had an issue getting in the front door when we first showed up, so we’re outside for 20 min trying to figure it out after flights/trains which wasn’t ideal. The office is also only open 9-6 or so, if you need luggage storage outside those hours it’s just the common room. The air conditioner would also make a weird loud sound at times and there was construction off the back of the building. Satisfied with our stay, it was overall good.

Had a great stay at Flores 36 by YoursPorto. The location was superb and the hotel was safe and secure. Our room was HUGE with a cute balcony from which we could see the Porto Se. The bed was supposed to be King Sized but it was just a Queen. We had a TV, couch, kitchenette and separate bathroom with a shower over the bath. Stepping out the front door, we had bars and restaurants right there, and despite this it was still fairly quiet at night. Staff were friendly and helpful and we received a small bottle of Port upon arrival. Two of us stayed three nights but we were only given two coffee pods
 Being an apartment, there are no housekeeping services but we didn’t require these - others may be interested to know though. Would definitely stay here again!

The best thing about this property is its location. Rua de Flores is a no-car street with restaurants and shops an easy walk to the train station and down to the waterfront. My studio was spartan. Furnished by Ikea. Nice but there was no comfortable chair to relax on. A small table with two plastic chairs and the bed. I had a balcony that overlooked the back side of other buildings with a chair and small table. The fake ivy on the wall separating my balcony from the one next door was falling off. I told the only employee on site, and nothing happened. It's essentially an ok place to spend the night in a beautiful city. You won't want to spend much time in your room.
