Amazing place to stay in old town. Very convenient location close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Extremely clean apartment and host was very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Check-in and check-out process was easy. Communication was great with easy instructions on how to find the property. Location worked really well as we could come and go as we pleased whilst exploring the old town of Dubrovnik.

This apartment is the perfect stay in Old Town. Nice view out of the unit, close to everything, walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and sites. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need. You can not go wrong here!!

Location is excellent and property management is on top of any and all concerns (very responsive). Right smack in the middle inside The Wall, dining options are unlimited! Swimming is accessible too by walking distance and taking the tour of the wall and museum is necessary to take beautiful pictures!

Perfect location!! Could not recommend more!! Great size for a couple. Safe, quiet and secure but only a minute walk to the Main Street in the old town. 1 minute walk to a swimming spot too. It was also great to have a washing machine to do a load of laundry. Highly recommend!

It was great! Its a tiny apartment but really well designed and good for 4 of us.. good air con, stunning views.. host commnication was super fast and helpful. Highly recommend. Would love to return.

I was looking for a hotel really for the first night off the plane, but there aren't many in the old town so I ended up booking this place. I'm very happy that I picked this place, it had everything I wanted from a hotel and was easy to find with their instructions. Old town is car free so you have to walk your case to wherever you're staying. There are a few steps quite close to the apartment, but mercifully few.

Where the past and present meet

I absolutely loved this place. A mix between old and modern. Well equipment . It is so thoughtfully put together. I definitely recommend it. And when I come back to Dubrovnik, I’ll definitely stay in the same place.

The description doesn’t indicate that there are 4 flights of steps to reach the property. The foyer outside the property smelled of strong cigarette smoke. The washer was leaking throughout our entire visit. I messaged the property contact about the leak, and when we were gone, they entered the property without notification. Items were left out on our luggage and towels left on the floor. We also had to provide our own toilet paper even though the deacription indicated that toiletries were included.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and areas of interest. Host was very responsive to messages and helpful with the leaking water heater. The apartment was very clean in good condition. It is marketed as being suitable for 4, there were only 2 of us and it was very cramped. It could be massively improved by listing it as accommodation for 2 and removing/downsizing some of the furniture. The shower riser was broken so had to be Precariously propped up, we also had to request clean towels as one set for 3 days wasn’t sufficient. The main reason for my 3 stars is the fire risk. The apartment is on the 4th floor, next door to a permanent resident who smokes (a lot!) on the communal landing
 the only exit if he/she sets the place alight. Quite possible as they leave lit cigarettes unattended!! I felt very unsafe sleeping there after seeing this.

Stairs, stairs and more stairs

I want to start with the positives. This place is in an excellent location, we walked to everything in Old Town that we wanted to do. It was very clean, and well stocked with coffee, laundry detergent and other basic necessities. The bed was really comfortable and the AC worked great. The views from both windows were also really amazing. Communication was also very good! Now to the not so great. Stairs, stairs, stairs. It was mentioned in other reviews that there is no elevator, which was fine
 but, what I didn’t fully realize was just how bad the stairs are. This unit was on the 4th floor, and the stairs wind up. You should also be aware that no cars are allowed in Old Town, so you will be carrying or pulling your luggage for appt. 1/4 - 1/2 a mile before the stairs. We dealt with those two things fairly easily though, we knew going in that most of Dubrovnik is stairs :) Mostly giving those details just as a heads up really. The bigger issue was the stairs inside the unit. There’s no handrail and they are designed in a way where they have strange cutouts for your feet. My friend never even took her suitcase upstairs because of them. I’ve provided pictures of both sets of stairs for reference. Overall, we had a good time and, again, the place was very clean, just know that you’ll be getting a workout!
