Beautiful unit

The unit was well maintained and looked recently remodeled. The property was quiet and though the pool looked nice we didn’t use it. Getting onto the property was a bit clunking but after the first time to the property entrance we planned our routes to avoid the cross traffic turn. Awesome stay!!

They messed on checking in, I was given an apartment that someone was in while trying to access entry which was really scary at night. Locking the door was a bit much and time consuming.

Floors were filthy. Socks and feet were black from floors. Ants and roaches. black mold covered the a/c vents. Hot water tank was moldy and rusty. Table tops and front of fridge were not wiped clean. Left a day early when we saw the roaches. Would not recommend.

Very nice property and the apartment was beautiful. The only con was we were on the 3rd floor with a bad knee. Other than that, we enjoyed our trip.

When we arrived, the trash outside our door was all o er the place, with animal feces that we had to dodge so it did not come inside. So first impression was terrible. Once we were settled in, I reported the trash and mess, and it was resolved. Besides that poor, first impression, it went smoothly. The pool was also not as clean or pretty as the pictures. I would have probably given solid four stars if it was not for the mess we walked into.

The wrong Apartment was assigned to us when we got there and it took us two days to resolve with Tucker Properties agreeing to compensate for the error, so it all worked out great in the end

The unit was nice, but we didnt receive a gate code to access the property so that was an issue especially since the leasing office couldnt help so had to call Tucker services to get an access code. The rep we spoke with was very nice and helpful.

Booked this property same day and of course they charged my card right away. They make you do a questionnaire before you can get the check in instructions. I did the questionnaire and after that they said I would get check in instructions in order to get in to the apartment. They were never sent to me and I tried to contact them through phone and the message center through out the night before I got there and no one responded. I had to spend more money for another place that same night. Horrible experience.

I was given the wrong room assignment. Paid for 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom and was assigned 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Property management would not fix the room assignment or offer any compensation. Their communication was terrible and we were not told of the code to get into the pool or fitness centre and wifi password was wrong that we were given. Place was overall ok but given the lack of communication and accountability I would not recommend it!

The AC filter was filthy (thick with dust - pictures provided). Several requests for a replacement filter were not fruitless so we purchased a new filer. We were not able to use the balcony as it was loaded with pigeon feces which was reported with pictures and not resolved This unit was a health hazard and should not have been rented. Both drains were clogged with hair and the dryer filter had thick layers of lint. We cleared the drains and the lint but the issues kept arising. Communication with Tucker was extremely frustrating as numerous people respond and there is no system to capture information. We were asked to resend pictures and still the cleaners were not instructed to address the main issues. The impacts to our vacation were not adequately addressed.

WARNING: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

This is not just a bad experience — this was a full-blown disaster disguised as a “hotel.” If you care even slightly about your comfort, safety, or mental well-being, steer clear. The place runs on a faceless system that ditches any trace of actual hospitality. There’s no staff, no assistance, no one to talk to when things go wrong — and things WILL go wrong. We thought we were booking a relaxing escape. What we got was a gloomy, ground-level unit straight out of a horror movie. The air inside was thick and musty, the shower barely functioned, and the bed? Like something salvaged from a yard sale. And this is what they have the nerve to charge premium rates for? The first night was enough. Car alarms blaring for hours outside the bedroom, people shouting outside the window — we felt completely unsafe and on edge the entire time. Zero chance of rest, and 100% regret. We contacted management the next morning with our concerns and asked for a refund for the nights we wouldn’t be using as we wanted to check out. Their solution? A flat-out refusal and a insulting $20 voucher for us to buy two sets of earbuds. Total slap in the face. We left immediately regardless. Peace of mind and basic human comfort are worth far more than staying in this nightmare factory. Save yourself the pain and BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!

This was a great stay. We were evacuating due to a hurricane, and this was the perfect safe place to avoid the storm. It was very easy to find, the instructions provided were perfect. The unit was easy to access and very clean. It was nicely decorated with nice furnishings. The bed and pillows were amazing. The in unit laundry was a great amenity.
