Amazing few days

The welcome, service and staff were amazing. The owner is an excellent host. If you're looking for an amazing place to stay in Guyana, look no further, 100% recommended. Wished we had rented the place for longer. Pool is cleaned everyday and super relaxing

Traveled with a large group Oct 2024 for a family trip and the management ruined our plans. We booked 2,3 and 4 bedrooms which are split in 2 locations and security is good. Both locations are good. Dont be fooled with the pictures seen online. These are the 2 and 3 bedrooms. 4 bedroom suite is completely different. Old, broken furniture and bathroom, cockroaches! We were fooled. Booked ans paid in full the accommodations 8 months in advance and day before was calles to ask if we had a reservations! Blaming expedia for overbooking when he was taking bookings on the side. Upon arrival the group was split in 3 different buildings. My elderly mother had to stay in a suite away from the group. I begged management not to split up my family, he stated that we had to deal with it. Management Terrance from USA 354 is very distrot, disorganized and extemely unprofessional. Worst experience, ruined pur family trip, will not be back next year!
