Semesterboenden nära Lago di Bilancino

We rented this house for almost a week to celebrate a 30th birthday and had an incredible time. The house was fantastic and very comfortable with our group of ~15 people. Large, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom with a shower. We spent every evening outside around the large dinner table, from sunset to late hours, taking in the great views of the Tuscan countryside. Sharing stories with family and friends, eating good food and drinking delicious Tuscan wine. It was honestly perfect. Simona is also the nicest and helped with every little question we had both before and during our stay. She really put in the effort of making our birthday celebrations special. Most notably, she helped us arrange for chef Benedetta, who owns and runs a local restaurant, to come and cook the birthday dinner for us. We set up a whole menu with Benedetta that would suite everyone's dietary restrictions, and it was delicious. The house is also close to the train station which was very important for us as everyone was traveling separately, both arriving and leaving on different days and times. People could comfortably make their way between Borgo San Lorenzo and Florence all throughout the day. We also rented a car, which I would say is a must if you're staying here with a large group, both to drive people and go grocery shopping. If you have the option to come here, I would highly urge you too. Can't imagine we would've had a better week anywhere else.

Vi spenderade en fantastisk vecka i Toscana och bodde i Danieles charmerande villa pà kullarna bakom Florens. Det kom och gick vänner och familj under veckan, vi hade 7 par och en familj som mest boende samtidigt. Daniele var extremt hjälpsam och vi kunde beställa middag i huset en av kvällarna. Daniele höll även poolen öppen en extra vecka trots att den skulle stängts ner för säsongen.
