Great clean place

Great town to stay in if you want to hit multiple mountains. It is about 7-10 minutes up the hill from silverthorne, but other than that it’s great.

Perfect Getaway

We had a really nice time at the condo. What a beautiful view of Lake Dillion. Super cool to see all the stars - and to watch the weather roll in over the mountains.

Great location and wonderful views!

David was great and his property was just what we needed for our short stay. Plenty of space for the family, beautifully decorated and clean...and the views, just gorgeous. It was very quick to get to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Wish we had stayed a little longer.

Super clean and plenty of room to settle in. Convenient and close to skiing. Recently remodeled. Nice clubhouse very close. One of the nicer places we’ve stayed in same area for ski vacations. Would definitely return.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very nice quiet location, spacious and comfortable, very clean, all appliances were working properly, enough of kitchen necessities to have meals at home. Will be happy to come back in the future! Thank you!

Cozy, spacious condo

Super spacious and comfy condo. We had three adults and two kids and loved the ability to enjoy the coziness of the living room, dining room, and kitchen together, but had great space and privacy to spread out in the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Loved the wonderful loft and beautiful views. Clubhouse amenities were fun for the kids and hot tub felt great after skiing. It's a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge. Would definitely stay again.

Great deal for the area

The place is a lot bigger than it looks in pictures. We had 2 adults and 2 children and had so much room. The condo is well kept and maintained. The view is amazing. You see the sun rise over the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked so look at whats already in the cabinets before hitting the local grocery store. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful View

This condo is perfect for family. The views out every window are spectacular. We had an amazing stay and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My husband and I stayed there with our 4 adult/teenage children and 2 of their significant others (8 total). It was a bit tight on space in the living/dining area but they said that in the description. We made it work and would definitely stay here again. (Maybe just rent another unit in the complex). This condo is a great location for the ski resorts and there is plenty of other activities if you don’t ski/snowboard. Thanks again for a great vacation.

Yes indeed! We love, love those views!! Glad you enjoyed them as well. Eight people can be pretty tight in the living space...no doubt. We think the unit is most comfortable for six or seven.
