Harbor Haven Broadstairs - Sekunder till stranden!

I ett fantastiskt läge bara 30 sekunder till vackra Viking Bay, Harbor Haven är ett tre sovrum, två badrum Grade II-listade georgiska hus i hjärtat av Broadstairs och inom bekvämt gångavstånd till allt som Broadstairs har att erbjuda.

Bekväm och mysig, oavsett säsong, kan Harbor Haven rymma upp till sex personer och är en idealisk bas för att koppla av och utforska Broadstairs och de omgivande områdena.

Harbour Haven har blivit moderniserad för att bli ett praktiskt familjehem samtidigt som den behåller sin ursprungliga charm.

Erbjuder en avslappnad atmosfär, som bara är perfekt för en vind-ner-helg eller en familjesemester. Det finns en mängd saker att göra lokalt, men för de tillfällen då du bara vill bo finns brädspel, TV, DVD och en härlig trädgård med grill.

SOVRUM OCH BADRUM
Det finns tre dubbelrum att välja mellan.
Det stora sovrummet på översta våningen har en king size-säng och ganska delvis utsikt över Viking Bay.
Sovrum två har två enkelsängar, och sovrum tre har en dubbelsäng och eget duschrum / wc. Alla rum har smarta TV-apparater med DVD-spelare och Emma Hybrid madrasser.
Det stora stora badrummet har ett rullebad och separat duschkabin. Det finns också en extra toalett på nedre våningen.

KÖK & DINING
På bottenvåningen finns det vackra köket med massiva ekbänkskivor, monterade hösten 2018. Det har allt du kan behöva, inklusive: en Rangemaster spishäll, mikrovågsugn, Nespresso kaffemaskin, kyl / frys plus drycker kylskåp, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Med golvvärme som leder fram till matsalen med en sex sitters matbord och smart TV.

Bor och (kan) arbeta
Det finns två vardagsrum, främre rummet är ett bra ställe att människor tittar på eller ser världen gå förbi. Det bakre vardagsrummet har gott om soffor, en 50 "smart TV och DVD-spelare. Detta leder till en vacker massiv trä vinterträdgård med skrivbord och skrivare, om du behöver arbeta. Och det finns naturligtvis wifi!

Beautiful stylist property in a perfect location.

Lovely home in a perfect location, short walk to the beach and lots of lovely restaurants and shops. The host made sure the house was kitted out with everything we needed for our brilliant staycation.

We had a lovely time in the gorgeous house it is beautiful and a great position. We had a small baby with us and it was fine as we bought everything with us . The outdoor space is lovely too. There are a lot of stairs!! Overall it is a great place to stay

Just perfect!

We did not want to leave! Such a beautiful house, no detail was missed for an amazing family break. Location is great very central, and for the lighter sleepers ear plugs are provided 😊 Parking is available nearby and the property is so clean and full of character.

Beautiful house

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. We had a really lovely, relaxing weekend. The house is situated in the centre of the town and so easy to get to all the shops, pubs, restaurants etc.

Fantastic Beach House

We LOVED this property. It really was wonderful having all the comforts of home, and these people have thought of EVERYTHING! It was decorated beautifully and had space for everyone. The master bathroom was huge and we loved the victorian claw foot tub. The conservatory was lovely and the back garden was a great place to host our family. Literally steps from the beach, and all the cute shops of Broadstairs. I would highly recommend this home to anyone thinking of staying Broadstairs. The stair were a little steep but the owners let us know that before we booked. We'll definitely be booking again in the future!

Great location

Lovely old house, beautifully styled, has everything you need and a great location. Beds really comfy. There were 4 of us and we had a great short break. Broadstairs and near by ramsgate are fab places, definitely will go back. Car parks are expensive though.

We do like to be beside the seaside!

We had a fabulous stay at Harbour Haven, everything was as described and had some lovely items dotted around which made the property feel homely. The decked garden was perfect for breakfast or dinner with friends, the beds were comfortable and the showers hot! Another nice touch was the packets of earplugs for those sensitive to seagulls! Which to be honest were not that noisy. I would stay at Harbour Haven again and would wholeheartedly recommend it. Sara x

We fell in love with Harbour Haven the moment we viewed it, kind of quirky and cottage like, it felt just right the moment we first walked through the door.

Location, location, location!... It is in the most fantastic location, seconds to the beach, walking distance to everything including restaurants, bars and shops - everything is on your doorstep, we love not needing our car when we are here.
