Huset ligger i hjärtat av den historiska stadskärnan i Bologna, i en typisk Bolognese byggnad. Det har nyligen renoverats. Den har två sovrum, ett dubbelrum och ett med en våningssäng (sover 2). Location excellent for exploring olive old Bologna

Very nice apartment with plenty of room located on a great street with fine restaurants across the street and down the street and walking distance to everything three days afforded us so much great food and And time to walk around

Great Apartment

Our stay in this apartment was wonderful. It’s very spacious and in a great location to explore Bologna. We were able to walk and take busses very easily to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood is wonderful, with many great restaurants close by.

Perfect for a short break

This apartment was perfect for our short Bologna trip. Clean and spacious for our family. Walking distance to the centre, with good restaurants and bars even closer. Francesca was a great host, answering our messages and helping us with our travel questions

Great location

We spent 4 nights in Bologna as a base to travel to other parts of Northern Italy. While staying in Bologna the location was great and a car was not needed. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults. We had a great time!

In the heart of it all in Bologna

What a great spot! It was great to have lots of space for our family ( parents teens 15 and 18). It was under 20 minutes to walk to the Piazza Maggiorre, but nicely quiet at our end of San Felice. Be aware that the nearest parking is not open on weekends, but there are many options. Francesca was lovely and helpful.

Perfect for us!

The apartment was in a perfect location….on main street but set back and quiet, a short walk to the main plaza with many excellent restaurants near the apartment.It was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Francesca met us and was extremely helpful, could not ask for a better host! We had an early check in and was offered a late checkout😍 We would definitely stay there again.

We loved Bologna!

This apartment was wonderful! Roomy and clean. The beds and linens were great. It’s a little noisy at night with neighbors up later than we were. The area has everything you need. Taxis were a bit hard to come by, but it turns out most things you want to get to are within walking distance anyway!

A fantastic location

The location and the property were fantastic! We took a cab from the train station to the property and then walked everywhere else. The property was beautiful. The only complaint we had was the noise from the upstairs neighbours. They had children or a dog running around for hours until about 11 every night. Regardless, we would still recommend.

Great location, cool apartment!

Modern apartment in great area, just ten or fifteen minute walk from main piazza. Although it is on the first floor, it is behind the inner courtyard of the building so you do not hear street noise. I will say that the upstairs neighbors are a bit loud, as are the neighbors next door, so maybe bring some ear plugs. Nice to have air con and washing machine.

Italian Adventure

It was all and more than I expected. The owner Francesca was a wonderful host. We stayed for two and a half months in a clean and roomy apartment with a great location. I highly recommend this apartment and host we made friends for life. Bologna is a wonderful vibrant Italian town that is close to many of Italy's major sights only two hours by train. Viva Italia

Great location and great host😊

Stayed 6 weeks, used it as a hub for visiting other cities. Apartment was adequate, it would be great for a Couple and their 2 kids. Upstairs neighbors were so noisy from 22:00-1:00. Great location, 15 min to train station. 10 min to downtown core. Great bars and restaurants nearby. Francesca and her son were awesome. Did the pasta making classes and the Italian days food experience. Both were awesome. Definitely recommend Mo’s morte della and the gelateria Gianni on via monte grappa. Zappa brewery on Pratello, and the pizzeria across the street on San Felice are worth a visit.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Bologna

This place was perfect for our stay in Bologna. Spacious and clean and so centrally located we could literally walk everywhere! Museums, restaurants, and the BEST mortadella sandwich at Mo Mortadella Lab. When we got there, the refrigerator had quit but Francesca was there in minutes to look at it and the very next day, a brand new one appeared! She made it all so easy. Bologna is a big city with lots to explore and this was the perfect jumping off point.

Great stay in Bologna

Awesome stay in Bologna. Convenient location (one of Bologna’s best restaurants right across the street.). The owner was really helpful with making arrangements as I had a few last minute changes and issues to deal with.

Siamo stati 2 giorni e una sola notte. É stato facilissimo sia fare il check in che trovare l’appartamento! l’unica pecca é la pulizia dei bagni, per il resto ottima soluzione per una famiglia!

Amplitud y buena ubicación

Apartamento muy bien ubicado en la zona antigua de Bolonia a 10 minutos andando de la plaza central y a 20 min de la estación. Típica Calle con porches, animada. Piso silencioso, da a patio interior. Bien de calefacción que te puedes regular. Salón comedor, cocina y dormitorio y baño principal muy amplios.
