Modernt uppdaterat pensionat i Great North Glendale, AZ läge

Detta pensionat är kopplat till vårt hem. Det är helt fristående med egen ingång och parkering och uteplats utanför. På sommaren finns det också en stor dykbassäng (du kanske måste dela med ägarna vid happy hour).

Fastigheten är cirka 550 kvm och består av vardagsrum med soffsängar, 50 tums TV, med ladugårdsdörr till kökstilen äter i köket. Köket är fullt utrustat med bänkskivor i granit, diskbänk i rostfritt stål med 4 kokare, kyl och frys, diskmaskin, brödrost, kaffebryggare och varmluftsugn / mikrovågsugn / ugn med kastruller, glas och disk för alla tillfällen.

Köket har ett matbord och franska dörrar leder till uteplatsen och med en uteplats matsal och en grill.

Sovrummet har en king size-säng med minne skum madrass och garderob. En fjärrstyrd TV ingår också.

Badrummet är en av funktionerna i detta hem med resort-liknande funktioner, klo fot badkar, helt slutna glas dusch med ladugård stil dörr och 2 duschpaneler med regndusch och 8 kropps duschhuvuden per panel

Fastigheten har ett fullständigt tvättstuga inomhus med apparater för frontlastning.

Alla golv är av träplankeffekt keramiska plattor. Enheten har sin egen värme och AC med separat termostat för din individuella komfort. Det finns också takfläktar i sovrummet, matsalen och vardagsrummet.

Området ligger nära barerna och restaurangerna i P83 och Peoria Sports-komplexet så det är utmärkt för vårträningsevenemang. Även inom en enkel bilresa till Westgate där du hittar University Of Phoenix Stadium hemma i Arizona Cardinals och Gila River Area för Coyote Hockey och konserter. Också nära Arrowhead Mall och Tanger Outlet Mall för dig som gillar att shoppa.

För utomhuspersonen är vi nära vandringsleder och Lake Pleasant där du kan äta vid sjön eller hyra en båt för dagen eller åka ridning eller på en jeep-tur.

Hemmet har direkt-TV, internet-tv, över luft-TV, WIFI allt ingår.
Det finns en pool för huvudhuset som kan användas från tid till annan. Poolen är generellt endast tillgänglig från mitten av april till slutet av september.

This property was amazing. It was close to everything we wanted to do while in for my graduation. The property was very clean, inviting, and extremely relaxing. The wine and truffles were a very nice touch. I will definitely stay there again if we get back out to Phoenix.

Our visit to PHX was amazing. My mom seeing grandkids and more.We are so happy we found this beautiful place to stay.Perfect location. It gets all of the stars. Hot tub, full kitchen, Spacious living room and bedroom. A good flow throughout and enough privacy from each other as needed. Clean, all the amenities and more. Spectacular Girls Weekend Away

Friend weekend for the Taylor Swift concert. We were hesitant because we’ve never been to the area. The neighborhood was so nice. The property was cute and so clean. The property owners have paid attention to detail and made some great upgrades. The bathroom shower was amazing! It was the perfect location for a getaway.

You will enjoy, enjoy and not be disappointed in this high tech quiet getaway! It was perfect for the two of us while taking in Spring Baseball training games. J and J have paid close attention to every detail - including fresh flowers and chocolate. The help notebook even includes photos. There's plenty of space and the location was great - quiet but lots of restaurants, stores, and entertainment close by. The shower was over the top, bed comfy, washer and dryer brand new, and kitchen complete for all our needs. We are readers and lighting was very adequate. Homeowners, J and J, were very accommodating and friendly. This is the way all VRBO's should be!! The only thing we missed was a clock on the wall! By now they probably have one!!

We really appreciated the comfort and care provided! The location was perfect for visiting our kid at ASU West. Neighborhood is very quiet. We appreciated the quick response to our minor concern (strange noise in the fabulous shower array) and the thoughtful gifts of wine and coffee. Had everything we needed! If only we’d been able to hang out longer to try out the hot tub!

Relaxing getaway

We pulled into the parking spot designated by the owner. She saw is pull in so met us and made sure that we got in ok. I had asked for a blender and coffee grinder to be in the apt when we arrived and it was all there, along with wine, snacks etc. The entire place was very well equipped and clean and comfortable inside and out. Very neat and tidy. The inside was very up to date with a beautiful bathroom which included a claw foot bathtub and a large double multi spray shower. The bed was very comfortable with cozy duvet and plenty of pillows. The living area was comfortable as well as the large eat in kitchen. But right through the french doors from the kitchen is a cozy private outdoor space to drink your coffee, eat your meals or have an evening glass of wine. Also there is a laundry room if you need to wash some clothes. It's a great location to get to sporting events, shopping and restaurants in a pleasant neighborhood. This place has it all.
