Casa Aguila- Large villa with private pool
CASA AGUILA is a villa with private pool in a group of 12, 8 min walk to the beach of Cala Vadella. I just renovated the pool, so now the pool is green and has salt water, and built some more terraces. Will update pictures end july.
The villa has 5 large bedrooms, . 3 bathrooms, a 2 guest toilets, 2 kitchens, one with access to the pool . Outside of the house there are many things to enjoy the outside, such as the seating areas around the pool ( some are in the shade, covered by a large sunsail) and not to forget the exterior dining area under the pergola with private outdoor kitchen and weber BBQ!
The bedrooms are on the ground level( 2) and second floor (3) of the house, From the roof/Top floor you can enjoy beautiful sea views from the chill-out area located on the top floor on the house.
Private parking is possible in the gated area in the house and also outside. WIFI is available throughout the house and central air conditioning for the hottest days.
My favorite guests are families of groups of friends who like a quiet holiday.

I travel quite extensively for my job. So i like to offer the possibility to like minded people to have a nice cosy designed space which is modern and clean to make their home for a couple of days or week. There are quite some nice items in the house to use, and i would appreciate the handling with care!

Designed with the aim to relax and nurture, eat with friends, and feel wellâŠ.the furniture design mix between minimalist sophisticated and Asian style makes it also a fantastic home, together with the art pieces, paintings, plants and some vintage design furniture.
Composed of an outdoor area divided into a terrace outdoor extension from living room, chill out area with lounge couch , private swimming pool, barbeque and outdoor table ideal for dining in fun and wellness, yoga, as well as pebbles-plants garden areas.
The inside zone is composed of big lounge living room area, two kitchen complete with all the comforts. There are 5 double bedrooms 3 bathroom and a guest toilet
Very quiet and good for a stay of pure pleasure of relaxation and nature. Great location with a great view to enjoy a sunset view in the top massive terrace while sipping a glass of wine, or chilling out downstairs by the pool under the sunsail...
