Bella Vista - Semesterbostad med havsutsikt i södra Italien

We are a family from Sweden who bought this house and finally our dream about a house in Italy came true. Therefore can we now even offer this to you!

Bella Vista is a nice townhouse high on a hillside with amazing views over Zambrone beach, Tyrrhenian Sea, Tropea and the famous active volcanic island of Stromboli. Zambrone village is within walking distance and is a hospitable society with local shops, cafes and bars. Zambrone beach is a beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water only a few minutes away. The area around Bella Vista is very calm and traditional Calabrian landscape/scenery of olive groves and red onion fields. The scent of the rich wild herbs like rosemary, fennel and oregano fills the air.

The accommodation is on two floors with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen / dining area, living room, two balconies, a sun terrace, a patio, garden and parking in a gated community. The house is suitable for a total of 8 people.

The first floor has an entrance hall, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The bedrooms are furnished with high standard furniture with wardrobe and good beds and mattresses. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (2021) and TV (50 inch and 24 inch) with DVD player (without satellite). The bathroom is furnished with toilet, bidet, sink and shower.

The second floor is reached by stairs from the ground floor. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa (2023) and two singles bed. The living room is equipped with air conditioning (2021) and satellite TV 55 inch plus dvd player. There is a further bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher (2021), gas stove, convection oven (2021), a premium automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, crockery and kitchen utensils. Refrigerator with freezer (2019) is in the living room, directly adjacent to the kitchen. There is a balcony outside the kitchen, where you can enjoy the morning coffee. There is a balcony from the living room, where you can enjoy the fantastic sunset on the horizon and enjoy your meals. There is also a barbecue on this balcony. You will also find a nice bluetooth speaker (220v/ rechargeable battery) to enjoy your favourite music from your smartphone.

A spiral staircase leads from the front balcony to the sun terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the city of Tropea and a clear day, the active volcanic island of Stromboli.

At the back of the house, an outdoor shower has been built (2021) with both cold and hot water.

Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. All textiles such as pillows, bed linen and towels etc. brand new 2023. Please note that beach towels are not included and guests should bring their own.

The surronundings: There are good train connections from the airport to Zambrone station without access to a car. The area can be explored by foot and all that is needed (daily essentials) is available in the local village Zambrone but a walk to the beach is very steep. To explore the area more definitely a car is recommended. For trips further afield and full access to the many beautiful beaches and towns along this stunning coastline, car is necessary. The roads are a bit worn in the area, but well maintained.
