This information is in the digital housebook. We will most certainly pass on the cleanliness issue to the head of our housekeeping department. We are sorry that impacted your stay. You are correct about the noise. Being that we only manage the one unit in the building, our recommendation is unfortunately to have guests go knocking on doors to alleviate their discomfort. All 1 bedroom units are on the ground floor. We have a few upper level units that are 1-bedroom plus a loft. We'd be happy to discuss these if you can make it back for a future visit.
