Great location

Checkin was a little complicated. We had to get a key from the office on the road to Teton Village because our flight arrived late in the evening. Wasn't so easy to find the office but once we did and got the key, everything went smoothly. Place itself is a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. Great kitchen. Excellent location in Teton Village a medium walk or quick shuttle ride to the ski base area.

JHW Ski Trip

This condo's location is perfect access to the ski resort. Just a quick 5 to 7 minute walk to the lifts and gondolas.

Great place!

My family and I (kids ages 10 & 7) stayed here for 3 nights to visit the Tetons and surrounding area. I’m not a huge fan of busy areas so this was perfect compared to the chaos of downtown Jackson Hole. Walking distance from the Tram and shops, walking distance to the pool and hot tub. A longer drive into the main area of the Tetons, but that didn’t bother me. It was clean, quiet at night, had a fully equipped kitchen, spacious enough for my family of 4. We loved it. Our only beef was the hard mattress in the main bedroom. Both my husband and I thought it was too hard and a little uncomfortable. Otherwise great place! .

Great stay - hosts are very responsive. Only tough thing is no A/C when trying to sleep. That's typical of property's in the area, not a negative to the owners.

Just what we were looking for

There were a couple maintenance issues when we checked in, but the staff responded quickly to remedy. The unit was clean. The bed was very comfortable and my wife and I both slept well. Check in and check out was seamless.

Teton village

Stayed with my daughter and husband. It was supposed to sleep 3 or 4. Pull out couch had linens that did not fit and no blankets. Shower was very sensitive either very hot or cold. We had maintenance up they said nothing they could do. Towels provided were rough and limited. Would not return here.

Fun, easy, clean, just right

My wife and I took a 3 day / 3 night trip to Jackson Hole and stayed at this location. The check-in was super easy and completely contactless. The unit had a nice, clean, simple layout and everything worked. That was awesome. The linens and supplies were well stocked and the kitchen had lots of appliances and cookware. We enjoyed the property pool and hot tub along with the many amenities at Teton Village. Great place, just right

Would stay again! Would like help from maintenance

We absolutely loved our stay, the location, the scenery, pool and hot tub. Our only bad take away was receiving help from maintenance. There is a couch with a pull out bed, after sleeping in it and then folding it up the following day, the bed would not fold back In to the couch (I promise it was not operator error 😉) we were told someone would come out to look at it and do their best to address the problem… no one ever came! I was so irritated by this!! There was no where for all of us to comfortably sit, socialize, relax. We were left to the chairs at the kitchen table because the pull out bed was not only unusable, it was now blocking the other couch in the living room. Disappointed we never got help in fixing the problem.

3 Days in Teton Village

The unit was efficient. The sofa bed had a broken spring and would not operate so we had to pull the mattress off and my daughter slept on the floor. The parking situation was horrible.. could not find a spot in the evenings. The toilet is very dated and does not flush properly…the washer/dryer was broken and we could not use it. The kitchen was well appointed. The unit could use some updating decor wise.

Summer stay

I love this location both in summer and winter. This condo was very well taken care of. I loved the kitchen set up, very easy and fun to cook in. The sheets, pillows, and quilts were nice. All in all it was an excellent rental. Just one thing to say- we could not find where to empty the trash (looked around condo complex twice) and did not see it in writing anywhere. Luckily, the cleaning woman arrived as we were leaving and willingly emptied the trash for us, that was very nice!
