Huset ligger i ett mycket populärt område med restaurang och bar, lägenheten ligger inuti ett venetianskt ädelpalats från det femtonde århundradet av en ädel familj i Serenissima-republiken Venedig. Lättillgängligt från järnvägsstationen och flygplatsen, på 15 minuter kan du promenera till Rialto-bron och Piazza San Marco, med en trevlig promenad.

Perfect location! Many delicious restaurants right outside the door and close to bus stations. We did have issues with the AC but the host was very responsive and brought fans to cool the apartment down! Would recommend staying here

I had a wonderful stay at Giovanna’s Casa Michiel. Giovanna established early communication with me, met me at the door and walked me through the spacious, bright and clean apartment. The apartment was also very quiet. The winning feature for this place was location. Located in the Cannaregio district and right above a street lined with wonderful outdoor cafes, gelatos and probably the best cicchetti bar in town. A short walk to the M. dell’Orto stop with quick access to vaporettos and the Alilaguna stop from the airport.

Brilliant location

Giovanna greeted us warmly after checking our arrival time. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location was brilliant for us with either boat or walking easy to get anywhere. We arrived by air and left by train, both easy access. The apartment is located above a number of bars and restaurants. Lovely to have the vibe filter into the apartment but completely silent once the windows were closed

Venedig - immer eine Reise wert

Wir waren das erste Mal in einem Appartement (statt Hotel) untergebracht und es war viel angenehmer. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und passend zur Stadt eingerichtet. Der Blick auf den Kanal sehr schön und alles, was man braucht vor Ort. Die Vermieterin war sehr aufmerksam und lieb. Immer wieder gerne.

Great location & fantastic apartment

This unit was incredible! The historic first floor apartment is clean & well maintained. It has been tastefully renovated creating an open concept in the living room/ dining/ kitchen area. There are two windows facing and opening up to the canal allowing vast amounts of light, opportunity to hear & see the boats/ people waking past & enjoying the restaurants. Once the windows are closed, you can barely hear anything. In the living room area, there is a huge & extremely comfortable couch, two modern leather chairs, bookcase & art on the wall. A pleasant room to relax in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, clean up after, coffee provided & some spices. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, extremely comfortable and quiet (farthest away from the street). There is a window that provides fresh air & ample light. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed with a window that is also very quiet & bright. The bathroom is large, has a walk-in shower (no soap or shampoo provided), large sink with small counter, a clothes washer & drying rack. The location of the apartment is fantastic as it’s close to the main tourist areas. There are numerous restaurants to choose from. The apartment is extremely secure & the area feels safe. It is about 15 minute walk from the train station. We highly recommend and would come back.

Schöne Wohnung in einem wunderbaren Stadtteil

Entspannt und angenehm. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in der Stadt und der Lagune. Abends findet man nette Lokale in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir wiederholen diesen Aufenthalt jederzeit sehr gerne.

Great apartment and awesome location

This apartment is very comfortable, with modern amenities in a beautiful historic building. The location on the canal is excellent, with restaurants and bars nearby, a short walk from the vaporetto stops and easy walking distance to most parts of Venice.

Such a great place!

The neighborhood is wonderful and the property owner is so kind. Check in was very smooth and communication was perfect. The home has many thoughtful details for travelers, such as adapters left on the entry table, an umbrella in case of rain, and a canvas bag in case you forgot one. We really enjoyed staying here!

Schöne Wohnung im beliebten Cannaregio

Sehr schöne Wohnung, hell, freundlich, schön eingerichtet, gute Lage im schönen Cannaregio. Trotz des sehr lebendigen Fondamenta hat man bei geschlossenen Fenstern seine Ruhe, und die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten zum Hof. Fliegengitter gegen Mücken im Wohnzimmer wären hilfreich, und ein paar mehr Gläser oder Schüsseln hätten wir gut gefunden. Sonst alles bestens. Ein sehr preiswerter Supermarkt liegt um die Ecke.

Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung, super Gastgeber

Die Lage ist für Venedig perfekt! Wir waren 4 Nächte dort und haben von da aus alles in 20 Minuten fußläufig erreicht! Eine schöne saubere Wohnung. Es war alles da was man braucht! Tolles Viertel, nicht so überlaufen und abends typisch italienisch! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Delightful location

This was a lovely apartment in a delightful location away from the crowds in other parts of Venice. It was clean and cozy, with two bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Good restaurants were close by, as well as a grocery store, and we could easily get to Murano to see the glasswork there. Giovanna was a wonderful host and quick communicator. The only issue we had during out stay was that the a/c was inconsistent and it was hot during our few days there. There are screens on the bedroom windows which allowed us to open them without worrying about mosquitos.

we absolutely loved it. We stayed in Venice three times total and it is by far our favorite place. Great location, clean, quiet, excellent choice. Very happy we stayed there for four nights in Venice. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Introduction to Venice

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa di Michiel. The apartment was very clean and modern. The location was perfect for our first time visiting Venice. Close to many restaurants and areas to visit, yet not overly crowded. We loved everything about our stay. I would definitely recommend Casa di Michiel. Great central location, yet quiet

This lovely property is tucked into the Cannaregio residential neighborhood. Close to the action, but very quiet at night. The canal out front was scenic with different types of boats navigating throughout the day. Would stay here again.

Location Location

Beautifully appointed apartment overlooking canal in one of the best areas of Venice. So nice to be able to relax in your own apartment with all modern furnishings that you could ask for. Busy enough but away from main hustle . Restaurants around and shopping . Great 20 min walk to San Marc’s Piazza through the many winding alleyways.
