Huset är idealiskt för upp till 2 familjer som vill dela semester medan de håller tillräckligt med intimitet och de som uppskattar lugn, snorkling, dykning, fiske eller promenader. Litet snabbköp, restauranger samt den underbara sandstranden i Arenal d'en Castell ligger bara några minuters promenad från huset.
Huset består av 2 angränsande hus (Ficula A och B) anslutna genom de yttre terrasserna och en intern uteplats med tillgång till den övre terrassen. De två husen erbjuds som en enhet. House Ficula A har 3 dubbelrum, alla med panoramautsikt över havet och 2 badrum. House Ficula B har 2 dubbelrum med ett badrum. Köken är öppna mot matsalarna som ger tillgång till terrassen, privat pool och trädgård genom stora franska dörrfönster.

Upp till 6 personer föreslås endast Ficula Vell A och Ficula Vell B hyrs inte för att bevara gästernas intimitet. Grupper på 6 eller färre personer som är villiga att använda Ficula Vell A och Ficula Vell B kommer att debiteras ett tillägg på 300 euro / vecka.

Vacances en famille à Minorque

Belles vacances en famille à Minorque, dans une villa très agréable, au calme, avec une belle piscine et une vue dégagée sur la mer. La plage Arnal d'En Castell n'est pas très loin et accessible à pied.

Fabulous holiday stay

We had a fabulous stay & a wonderful family holiday. The villas catered for all of us & we will definitely be staying there again. Robert was very friendly, helpful & communication was very quick & efficient. We would recommend this property very highly, you get the WOW effect instantly.

Great for two families

We stayed as two families sharing the two villas. We loved the location. Sea swims from the rocks in the morning were amazing. Host really helpful. Great location. We will return!

une maison fabuleuse

Nous voyageons souvent en famille et réservons toujours une grande maison bien située, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Ces deux maisons que nous avons loué ont parfaitement répondu à nos critères; Bien situées, à 10mns à pied, avec enfants en bas âge, d'une très belle page, un temps équivalent pour avoir accès à un petit parc de jeux pour enfants. Au calme, sans vis à vis, une vue exceptionnelle sur une crique avec le bruit de la mer en toile de fond. une piscine très fonctionnelle avec des profondeurs différentes pour permettre aux plus petits d'avoir pieds. une organisation intérieure (chambres, salle de douche ou bain, WC) optimale. Une House manager très réactive pour toutes questions. un gérant immobilier, Monsieur Robert Olives extrêmement disponible en amont de la location pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. Un sans faute pour un séjour inoubliable en famille: Sans nul doute nous y retournerions si notre famille souhaitait de nouveau aller à Minorque (cette partie de l'ile étant encore très préservée.

Wundervolle Villa, top Lage

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche im Ficula Well verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses könnte nicht besser sein. Toller Platz zum schnorcheln für die Grossen,Sandstrand knapp 10 min.zu Fuss und toller Pool für für Gross und Klein. Perfekt.

Second visit to this lovely property

Grandparents and their two families.Outstanding views, peaceful area, easy access to Arenal beach and swimming off rocks if sea state allows. Good simple accommodation with lovely pool and veranda. Well equipped kitchens and comfortable beds.Air conditioning was much needed on this visit. Good BBQ area, and rooftop views for the evening. Small inner courtyard allows easy access between two separate villas with drying area and extra shower room. Private parking for 3 cars.

Beautiful villas, highly recommended

My family of 6 plus our in-laws enjoyed two fantastic weeks at these combined villas. There was plenty of room, lots of essentials and the layout was great. For the extra hot days, the air con worked fantastically well, and the pool was gorgeous. The views are amazing and the local shops & restaurant (5 minute walk) were great value. A small walk down allowed for superb snorkelling and a 10 minute (tops) walk to the clean beach gave us endless days of fab views. The manager, Robert, was fantastic throughout, really nice and really helpful. Simply cannot fault the villas or the holiday, we will be booking up next year for sure.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un lieu d'exception !

Nous recherchions un lieu d'exception pour nos 50 ans entre amis. Cette propriété fût au-delà même de nos espérances malgré les photos. Les lieux sont calmes, sauvages et magnifiques au pied d'une crique quasi privatisée. Robert est très agréable et discret, une chose est sûre nous reviendrons !

Superb... for summer

Very beautiful and functional house. The Sea is some 20 meters away, the view is very nice and the house is well equiped. However, unfortunately for us, we happened to be there in a cold week at the beginning of April and the house heating was insufficient to keep it warm. I would hearthily recommend the house for a late spring or summer stay, but not for winter or beginning of spring.

vue magnifique !!

Séjour très agréable avec une vue splendide...... Propreté ++ Villa très bien située puisque au milieu de l ile. Un petit chemin vous donne accès à une petite crique dans les rochers pour se baigner au pied de la maison. Nous avons eu l opportunité de rencontrer les propriétaires très sympathiques et très reactifs.... Je recommande....

Fantastic

A wonderful, clean and spacious villa. We rented both Ficulla A and B for our group of 6. The views were better than in the listing. Robert was so friendly and welcoming. The teens in our group snorkelled in the water below the house and jumped off the rocks. A lovely area which although seems remote has easy access walking to shops & restaurants. Lovely to not feel overlooked. We had a wonderful stay amd I would recommend highly

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location

Everything was very easy to sort out with booking. Robert was very friendly and accommodating. The wine and groceries in the fridge were a godsend as we arrived very late-thank you. The villa and lolation were beautiful.

un petit bout de paradis

La maison possède une vue magnifique sur la mer et l absence de vis à vis vous fait vous sentir seul au monde. Nous avions louer les 2 maisons et à 7 nous avions tout l espace nécessaire. C est bien équipé et entretenu. Merci à Robert pour sa gentillesse !

Family celebration

We were 3 families in Menorca to celebrate Grandad's 70th. An ideal beautiful spot with space for all. Midults enjoyed sea swims from rocks down below. Children from 11 to 22/12 spent most of time in the pool and nearby beautiful and safe but busy beach 5mins walk. Good diving had if wanted and restaurants in Fornells and Mercadal all easy drive of 25mins. Airport and Mahon also 20 to 25mins. We had an amazing week and cannot thank the owner enough. We left forgetting to run the dishwasher remembering in flight and apologise for this. Thank you

Formidable séjour dans une maison très confortable avec situation de rêve

The perfect location

We had a wonderful week on Menorca. The location of the villa is exceptional, the views are stunning, the bay is a peaceful haven for snorkeling and diving. The cliffs are close to the house, but not frighteningly high with a little footpath in front of the house that leads down to the bay of blue, clear water. We loved having the owners close by who advised on excursions and organised a table for us at a busy restaurant. We are very grateful for a perfect holiday.

Excellent position overlooking the sea with nearby cove for snorkelling or scuba diving

The property was well maintained with ample equipment for our family of 7 There were very comfortable sun beds and ample tables and chairs for dining on the terrace Air con good in larger unit, would have been nice in smaller unit Towels need upgrading for this standard of villa Thoroughly recommend the property with its outstanding position overlooking the sea. I fell in love with Menorca when I discovered the island in the 80's. I bought a land very close to the sea and built this house that I refurbished in 2013, to add a swimming pool, a new kitchen, air conditioning but keeping the charm of a typical Menorcan chalet.

A very nice coast path will lead you directly from the house to the village of Macaret and another coast path will lead you to the beaches of Arenal d'en Castell and Son Saura. For those enjoying diving or snorkelling, the cala in front of the house offers spectacular seabeds with amazing fauna and flora.
