On the ground floor, the very well-equipped modern fitted kitchen has a table for two where you can enjoy a quiet early morning cuppa. Next door the L-shaped sitting room has an easy, relaxed style, a dining area that overlooks the garden and a wood burning stove to light when it's a bit nippy and the nights are drawing in. During the summer, open the french doors and stroll out to the south facing private courtyard garden, maybe open a bottle of wine and reflect on the day's events.
