Nyrenoverade i april 2017 ligger denna strandiga, fyra sovrums, trebädds semesterbostad mitt i Anna Maria Island. Vi är 1 1/2 kvarter från den vackra stranden med en enkel tillgång till stranden! Hiss på begäran. Fråga om detaljer!

White Sands Beach House erbjuder en öppen planlösning med gott om plats för familj och vänner att samla. Franska dörrar utanför huvud vardagsrummet öppnar mot en skärmad balkong, utrustad med sittplatser, så du kan njuta av solnedgångar och dessa ö vindar! Vardagsrummet är komplett med gott om sittplatser och stor platt-TV.

Fortfarande på bottenvåningen hittar du ett queen size-sovrum, ett våningssäng sovrum (tvilling / full madrasser), ett komplett badrum med badkar / dusch combo och tvättstuga. En våning upp har ytterligare två sovrum - master sviten, som inkluderar en king size-säng, lounge sittplatser och egen skärmad balkong. Befälhavaren badrummet är utrustad med en stor duschkabin, dubbla handfat och ett hörnbadkar. Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng och eget badrum med duschkabin.

Ligger på markplan är ett stort två-bil garage som leder till den inbjudande poolen och uteplatsen.

När du är redo att utforska ön kan du hoppa ombord på den fria AMI-vagnen som går dagligen längs ön och har ett stopp bara ett kvarter från din dörr.

Beautiful home in a perfect location! We love AMI and this home had room to spread out, a great private pool area, and felt cleaner than most beach rentals. Location was superb! 10 minutes on bikes to Anna Maria and 3 minutes to Ugly Grouper. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes straight down the street - we walked further the day we parked to go to Bean Point.

Even though the property was being upgraded the communication with Maria was excellent! The house was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home! I would rebook this property!

Family Celebration

We booked this home to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary—with our three kids and our son’s girlfriend (who bravely signed up for a full week with her boyfriend’s entire family…someone get that girl a trophy). Our son just graduated college, so naturally we rewarded him with family togetherness and sunscreen lectures.The house was perfectly located—just a short walk to the beach, which saved us from playing car Tetris with beach gear. Thankfully, the owners thought of everything: chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and even a beach wagon to haul it all in style. We came prepared but used maybe 10% of what we brought because this place had us covered. The private pool was a dream. Morning coffee by the pool, afternoon relaxation, and evening floating—10/10, would splash again.One super thoughtful surprise: the owner arranged a charcuterie board for our anniversary. It was beautiful, delicious, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Very classy, very appreciated, and a major upgrade from the “here’s the Wi-Fi password” intro.Now, the one hiccup—there was a shower renovation happening during our stay. Not ideal, but the owner let us know ahead of time, and communication throughout was top-notch. We shared, we adapted, we didn’t lose a single family member to bathroom drama. A miracle.All in all, we made amazing memories, got some sun, and no one cried (except maybe when we left). Once that shower’s finished, this place will be flawless.Highly recommend. Thanks for memories!

Beautiful home and great stay for our family of 6 plus or in-laws who came

Great trip. About two blocks from the beach. The beach wasn’t busy which was a plus for our young family. We ate in just about everyday. We door dashed a few times and that was great too. Rooms were clean pool was warm. Beach was close! Very happy about our stay and we will definitely be booking again!

One of our favorite family vacations yet!

We had such a wonderful week at Maria's house - she is one of the most communicative and kind property owners I've dealt with. I asked her countless questions about the island/amenities before our trip and she was always prompt to respond and thoughtful about the information she shared. The house layout worked perfectly for my family and my sister's family. We loved all of the amenities - the pool, the beach wagons/toys, umbrella, chairs... all of it was so helpful and made the trip so much more enjoyable. We loved AMI and can't wait to come back and would rent this house again absolutely!

Great Family Vacation

The house was the perfect size for 8 people - 3 couples and two teenagers. Lots of room, a great outdoor area and a wonderful screened-in deck. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. And the location is AMAZING. You're only 1 block from the beach - easily walkable and centrally located to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend staying at Maria's house - she was a wonderful host!

Nice, comfortable and spacious.

We stayed in this home for 1 week with 4 adults, and 4 teens. there is a large table for games and cards, a screened in porch for getting away or for quiet time, a spacious well equipped kitchen and a nice washer and dryer set. The boys loved the ping pong table and were down in lower level playing almost every night and we could barely hear them. The pool was in great shape and the landscaping around it was beautiful and tropic. You can see and hear the TV from the pool. The entire property is well maintained. The air conditioning was awesome and worked well despite heat indices of over 100 degrees every day. Our host Maria responded quickly with any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation

This is my favorite VRBO. We were on a family vacation with a 2 year old and two pregnant daughter in laws. The house could not have been more perfect. The size, layout, elevator, pool, everything made it great. When the notes say the house has beach chairs and towels it is true. We took things but the house had 3 beach wagons, at least 4 chairs an umbrella, toys, and beach towels…even a cooler. If you were flying this is the house to rent for sure. The owner was so nice to work with. I can’t brag enough. We cooked at the house most of the time and found everything we needed. Did I mention a high chair. What a life saver. So sorry to be driving home.

Location is great as it’s a short walk to beach. High chair and pack and play being provided was so convenient as we were traveling with small child. Maria was very communicative and that was so appreciated. Would definitely book again!

Great Week at AMI

Great property for families with young children. Plenty of bathrooms and space. The elevator was a big plus when mkving luggage or groceries. Pool location was perfect to prevent young children from getting to it unsupervised. Communication was excellent and the check-in was easy amd smooth. Wi book this property again.

This house is well kept and conveniently located to everything you need on AMI!! Maria, the owner was great to work with. There were a total of 8 of us and we had plenty of room in the house. AMI Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time while staying at this beautiful home! The house was clean, beds comfortable and Maria was an excellent host. Our favorite parts were the ping pong table, use of the elevator (made moving in and out so easy) and close beach access! Beach cart, beach/pool toys and chairs were a definite plus. Always great at White Sands!

This was our 3rd time staying at White Sands and we will be back! We love AMI and this house is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We always rent a golf cart because we have grandparents and kids and it makes hauling all of our gear much easier. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious and the pool area is nice and private with a great TV and grill. There is also tons of chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, toys and floats- do you don’t need to bring anything! My kids also loved the ping pong table and we really appreciated the elevator for my in-laws. Maria is wonderful, she is responsive and caring and made sure that everything was good for us. Thank you again, Maria - we had an amazing beach vacation!

Welcome to White Sands Beach House! We have been coming to Florida for years to escape the harsh northern winters of Wisconsin! After exploring different parts of the gulf, we listened to friends of ours who frequented AMI. We fell in love with the charm, beauty, and laid back atmosphere of Anna Maria Island. The family centered feel of this area provides something for all ages! And you are not far from great attractions like Disney, Busch Gardens, Lego land, St. Armonds Circle, and one of our favorites, the Mote Aquarium. We have enjoyed relaxing here and making memories with our 3 kids.......who are growing up quickly! We hope you have the same experience!
