Villa Marbella är ett lyxigt hus i mexikansk stil som ligger i det exklusiva Conchas Chinas-distriktet i Puerto Vallarta.

Ange antika trädörrar och transporteras in i en magisk miljö. Den magnifika utsikt över bukten Banderas fångar din uppmärksamhet direkt. I vardagsrummet öppna arkitektur ger den underbara utsikten in i huset. Du märker smakfulla möbler och vackra hantverk, som importeras från hela Mexiko. Färska ocean vindar stärka och kyla dig. Högt i tak ger en känsla av frihet och komfort.

Villa Marbella erbjuder 10.000 kvadratfot boyta och är en av de största husen i Puerto Vallarta. Det är en komplett personal gourmetkock, butler och en hushållerska. Det var konstruerad och tillverkad 1997, och funktioner smides järnbruk, glasmålningar och handmålat kakel. Familjen Rummet är utrustat med en 35 "TV, DVD-spelare och hus bibliotek med 30 DVD och en CD / tape / radio spelare. Villa Marbella erbjuder åtta rymliga sovrum, och rymmer 16 vuxna i lyx.

Alla rum har fantastisk havsutsikt och balkonger. Sju av sovrummen har eget tillhörande badrum. Det finns sju king size-sängar och en queen size-säng. Varje rum har också en individuell luftkonditionering, rymlig garderob, en takfläkt och en låsbar säker.

Villa Marbella har en fantastisk utsikt över bukten Banderas. Huset är uppflugen på en kulle flera hundra fot över havet, och erbjuder en 270 graders utsikt upp och ner kusten. Los Arcos kan ses på vänster horisonten och Punta de Mita kan ses till höger. Titta på fiskebåtarna gå ut i gryningen när du frukost från uteplatsen.

Den Conchas Chinas Stranden är mycket privat och bara fem minuters promenad från villan.

Birthday Celebrations

We stayed 5 nights with a group of 16 friends and coworkers. Everyone loved the food that was prepared, the view from every room and the friendly staff. Location is walking distance to the beach. There is a small palapa restaurant and bar down by the beach . Beach was nice and clean, not crowded at all. Mostly locals and very few vendors on the beach. Location is a 5 minute uber ride into the downtown area.

A Dream Stay in Puerto Vallarta!

This home was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, the elegant decor, and the attention to detail that made our stay so special.The staff was truly incredible—friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed here for my friends 40th birthday and everyone loved the home! There was plenty of space, it was super clean and the staff is super friendly. A Week In Paradise

This rental is ideal for a large family to bond in a wonderful setting. There are ocean views from every room and the staff make you feel at home. It is cleaned daily and the cook is masterful at the local cuisine and makes suggestions but will make anything you desire. I highly recommend this for its beauty and location close to the city.

villa marbella exceeded our expectations. amazing view, house, staff. really comfortable lodgings. be advised, however, that walking outside is difficult due to the steep terrain and cobble-stone streets. (we were not able to use our baby strollers.)

Villa Marbella is beautiful! We spent five days here for a family vacation with 15 people ages 3 to 74. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with great ocean views. The pool was perfect for the children. Francisco and the staff were amazing. The food was great! It was easy to get around by Uber or taxi. We would highly recommend this property to others. It was a perfect vacation! Thank you.

Amazing Place to Stay- All we expected

We came down with a group of friends for about a week for our wedding. What an amazing time and place to stay. All cabs knew exactly where it was when we told them. Could not have asked for a better first trip to PV.

This was my first time visiting PV and I could not have asked for better accommodations. My friends and I stayed at this property to celebrate my 30th birthday. Not only did the property itself blow us away, but having the staff on site to assist with grocery shopping and the preparation of our meals truly made for the best trip ever. Would recommend to anyone and am hopeful I will be back to visit sometime in the future.

Amazing Vacation

We chose this property for our family vacation with our adult children and it did not disappoint. The villa is beautiful and the view breathtaking. Leo, Ramon, and Maria were great and spoiled us the whole time. Everything Ramon cooked was delicious but our favorite was his enchiladas. We will be back again.

Great Birthday for myself and my family

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful house. Leo and the staff really made our trip a 5 star. Its a beautiful view with great service and really good food.. One of our better family trips!! The location is close to town so getting uber was easy. We did lose power, however, they did send someone out to fix it late at night and we got a good night sleep! The beach is right below- beautiful and steep!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful home with 8 bedrooms. The view is spectacular not only from living area but from every room. Leo, Afonso, Daniel, and Mary made delicious food and margaritas and kept everything spotless and organized. The house exceeds expectations. One important note is that the address on the listing is not accurate.

Nothing short of Amazing!

This property is nothing short of amazing. The location is secluded enough to enjoy the beautiful view of the skyline and ocean and close enough to the city to zip in and out to enjoy your culture and sites and nightlife. I highly recommend this location. The staff was absolutely awesome, just make sure to be detailed in what you want the chef and his staff to provide. I would absolutely visit look at visiting Villa Marbella again.

The pictures don't do the Villa justice and the staff was even better than we could have imagined. We were a group of 8 celebrating a joint 40th birthday party and we LOVED our stay at Villa Marbella. The sunsets at night were breathtaking, the Villa is perfectly located so you can visit local beaches and downtown PV with ease. The food that our chef cooked was out of this world. I can't say enough positive things about the entire experience. Special, special property!

This is an amazing property with an even better staff. There was someone there at all times to cook, clean, make arrangements and make us feel safe. Leo, Santiago, MaryCarmen, Gustavo and the cleaning staff spoiled us all week. Highly recommend this property and experience. 8 adults and 4 young adults and we all had the time of our lives.
