CasantĂČ Guest Home ligger i Palermo historiska centrum. Den totalrenoverade och luftkonditionerade lĂ€genheten ligger pĂ„ första vĂ„ningen i en byggnad med hiss, har tre sovrum alla med privata badrum och ett vardagsrum med pentry. Rummen Ă€r utrustade med platt-TV Ă€r oberoende av varandra.
Vi ligger nÀra gÄgatan via Maqueda, huvudgatan i Palermo historiska centrum. Byggnaden har utsikt över Galleria delle Vittorie, byggd pÄ 1930-talet. Vi ligger 300 meter frÄn Massimo-teatern och cirka 800 meter frÄn katedralen och Palazzo dei Normanni. Bussarna som förbinder centrum med fiskebyn och flygplatsen passerar cirka 100 meter bort. Mycket nÀra finns det barer, bistroer, restauranger och stormarknader.
Vi försöker fĂ„ vĂ„ra gĂ€ster att kĂ€nna sig som hemma och tillhandahĂ„lla allt de behöver i en lĂ€genhet. Den som bestĂ€mmer sig för att stanna i vĂ„r lĂ€genhet kommer alltid att hitta oss tillgĂ€ngliga, eftersom vĂ„rt motto Ă€r att VÄRA MED HJÄRTET FRÅN PALERMO HJÄRT!

Perfect location

We were able to get all over the city on foot from the apartment. Antonio was so helpful with out parking situation. We all slept great.

Antonio was wonderful and the apartment was perfect! My friends and I booked for one night originally (we had to get to the airport early the next day), but we wanted to arrive a day early, and Antonio was able to make that work for us. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had to leave very early, and Antonio made the checkout process very simple and helped us find an affordable cab. Thank you!!!

Great 4 day stay in Palermo

3 bedroom apartment worked perfectly, with good showers and great lay out. Location is phenomenal, right near the center of the old city. Host was very helpful, both with checking in and advice about the city. We'd highly recommend the apartment.

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment was perfect for 5 adults. It was within walking distance of lot of sights and the market down the street. Antonio was super helpful with check in and helped find paeking for the car. We would recommend this place foe anyone wanting to stay in Palermo.

We really enjoyed the property and the location is perfect! Antonio and his cousin Antonio are both extremely nice and very accommodating. The only thing is the apartment amenities lists a laundry, but there is no laundry in the apartment. Gracias Antonio!!

This apartment was steps from everything. Antonio was extremely responsive and helpful. When he heard we rented a car, he got us a parking permit and helped us find a place to park on the street. The rooms were clean. The A/C worked well. We were very happy with our stay

Perfect base in the heart of Palermo

The apartment was a perfect oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the heart of Palermo. Having three en suite bedrooms was fantastic, as was having a kitchen. Convenient and comfortable, I'd definitely stay there again.

Great Palermo Apartment

Our family of five had a fantastic stay in this Palermo apartment. Located adjacent to the bustling walking street of “Via Marqueda”, filled with restaurants and shops, it was perfect for exploring. The famous street food markets was just a few minutes away, in opposite directions. Historical landmarks were within walking distance, making our visit to Palermo an enjoyable and convenient walking tour. Antonio was a spectacular host and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

A rare combination

Great location, with a very comfortable set-up for potentially three couples or equivalent. Clean, contemporary, enjoyable spot to return to at the end of the day. A separate bath for each room was a plus for us. Walkable to the many city center sights, and surrounded by a wide variety of excellent food and drink options. The host was very helpful, checking how we were doing and also arranging airport transportation on our last day.

Perfect appartement with private bathrooms in heart of Palermo

We have a very nice stay in the apartment. The 3 bedrooms all have AC and a private bathroom which is really nice. Double beds and mattresses are also good. The kitchen is a bit small but well equipped. But also you are right on Via Maqueda with many restaurants and snack places. So no need to cook really. A small supermarket for bread erfenis accross the street. Walking distance from most tourist sites. We had a problem with hot water in the showers not working but the owners did everything they could to fix it asap

What a great location!

The apartment was located in a great part of Town, very close to all the activities you could hope for but quiet enough to be able to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was clean, very comfortable, the host Antonio was AMAZING!!! He brought us wine and a little gift to welcome us. The elevator was very helpful. The restaurants within a walking distance were so good, the markets nearby were very convenient. Location, location, location. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Ideal for shopping, street food and work at home.

Our family was visiting Palermo for our friends’ wedding. Loved the vibe in the exterior courtyard of the building. Close enough to walk to from Palermo Centrale. We all had work to do so having three separate rooms with good solid doors and attached bathrooms was wonderful. Air conditioning worked great in each area. Thanks to Antonio for being a great host!

Wonderful apartment!

We had a lovely stay and our host was very accommodating. We found the local shopping district and walked for hours admiring the local architecture and there were plenty of restaurants. The apartment is within walking distance to the port where we caught a ferry to Ischia. You must go there! The thermal pools and beach were so rejuvenated after the long flight from Tucson Arizona!!Just beware that the drivers in Naples are insane. Pedestrians must be on high alert!

Perfect in Palermo

Antonio’s place is even better than described! It was absolutely spotless & perfect for our family getaway to Sicily. Centrally located, convenient to restaurants, sites, the city market, etc. Party of 7, all adults. All of us had a separate bedroom with en-suite baths. Rooms were spacious, very nice up to date showers, great bed & bedding. We had two cars to park & there was assistance in finding parking as well. Very secure building, elevator too. The common area was great for breakfast & dinners, well equipped kitchen. We travel quite a bit & everyone agreed that this apartment was outstanding! I’m n a scale of 1-10 this is a 12.

Wonderful host, wonderful apartment

Our host, Antonio, is great. We had some needs and requests and he helped us out every time. The apartment was perfect for three friends and would be perfect for three couples too. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with great showers. The location is stellar and lots of fun. It’s on a street with very restricted car traffic. You can find many shops, restaurants, and bars very close by. You are also walking distance to several major tourist attractions. One of our party used a walker and it worked for her. There are only two small steps to get in and an elevator.
