Koppla av på stranden! Nybyggt 2200 kvadratmeter, 3 bdrm hem på en privat sandstrand inför Long Island Sound med utsikt över Charles Island! Silver Sands State Park 30 meter bort! Gå på stranden, kajak, cykla, springa. Stort däck! Restaurang på gångavstånd och mycket mer en kort bilresa bort. Parkera upp till 4 fordon under huset. Detta är ett nybyggt, snyggt strandhus med massor av fönster! Utsikt, plats och atmosfär. Bra för par, äventyrare, familjer (med barn).

Fantastic Family Trip

Location cannot be beat! Beautiful Sunrises! Amazing views from the house out to the beach and the island. Chef’s kitchen with everything we needed to cook for our group of 6. Master suite has a private deck. Master bath has large jacuzzi tub. Off street parking under the house for our cars. Hosts were wonderful.

Amazing experience

The house was beautiful and had everything you could need to have a perfect stay. There were special touches from a welcome basket to waters at every bedside that made our stay even more special. We are grateful to Victor and Kim for a wonderful experience!

Best house I’ve ever rented on VRBO

Everything about this home was perfect! The view took your breath away, even on a rainy day. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for fabulous meals. The hosts were attentive to every detail. This was a wonderful place for a special family celebration. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful hosts! We were very busy on our short trip, and did not truly get a chance to enjoy this wonderful home. A quiet location near the state park, great views and all the comforts of home.

Beautiful waterfront escape!

This house and the owners delivered on an amazing weekend at the beach. Location is perfect for quiet and relaxation and just steps to the state beach park and local Milford. Looking forward to returning this summer.

Fabulous house, great view!

Perfect spot for five girls to relax and enjoy time away from the kids/work. Gorgeous view from the deck and every amenity we could possibly need. Quick trip downtown for drinks and dinner - loved our weekend!

Family Celebration

We rented the house as our family was in town for our daughter's college graduation and wanted us to all stay together to enjoy our weekend. The house was spectacular and the hosts thought of every possible detail to make it a great experience. From the thoughtful bottle of wine and prosecco as a welcome gift to waters by the bedside and toiletries in the bathroom, we were provided with a 5+ experience. The views from the house were stunning and we enjoyed a daily walk along the beach. It was the perfect venue for a special weekend. We would highly recommend.

A Truly Relaxing Holiday Stay

The property was lovely, with a beautiful view. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and service pieces needed to host a holiday dinner party. The hosts were easily accessible with any questions and lovely to work with. Will definitely look to book again in the future.

Location Location Location!

This house is a perfect family beach getaway! We loved the perfect mix of sandy relaxation, exploring, and water fun. The house was clean and spacious. Victor and Kim go the extra mile to provide thoughtful touches throughout and have equipped the house with everything you might need for your stay at the beach!
