Amazing location

View was lovely, apartment was close to the sea and all the amenities. Apartment was basic but clean with a lovely view. Would have no problem recommending it

Trip away

The apartment is in an amazing location with a view of the swimming pool and sea from your own (massive) balcony. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The restaurants and bars close to the hotel are superb. We will definitely return in the future.

bel emplacement mais appartement vétuste

Aucune surprise pour le complexe que je connaissais. En revanche, j'ai été déçue par l'appartement qui est vraiment défraîchi. J'ai trouvé qu'il était mal entretenu, le ménage pas vraiment fait à notre arrivée (de la poussière sous les lit et dans les coins), certains draps et serviettes tachés et enroulés en boule dans l'armoire, la chasse d'eau cassée, la télévision qui ne s'allume pas, les chaises de la table à manger qui ne tiennent presque plus. Heureusement, Ricardo le propriétaire est très avenant et disponible à distance, il a fait réparer dès que possible ce qui était nécessaire. Toutefois, l'appartement est assez vieilli, le mobilier ainsi que le canapé dont le tissu des accoudoirs tombent en lambeau. C'est fort dommage que l'appartement soit aussi vétuste car connaissant le complexe je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux, d'autant plus que l'appartement est spacieux et dans l'absolu idéal pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants.

Appartement agréable et bien situé

Appartement bien situe avec une tres grande terrasse ensoleillée vue mer 2 grandes chambres et 2 salles de bain dont une petite Appartement propre. Petit bémol sur plusieurs équipements hors service. Disponibilite de Ricardo en cas de besoin.

Lovely apartment in full sun all day

This was a return visit for us and, once more, we weren't disappointed. Spacious apartment with huge balcony. Comfortable furniture, both inside and out. Adequately stocked kitchen. Our only negative comment would be that the bathroom needs updating. We would however return to this apartment, hopefully within the year!

Ideally located and met all our needs at that time

I'm not overly impressed with the changes to the complex overall. It's not the CPO of old but would certainly not rule out a return visit though.

Good value for money - great location

On arrival, the hotel staff seemed a little confused as we weren't in their computer system which made me panic a little. I had printed off an email from Mr Silva though and that seemed to sort it out. The apartment is spacious, clean, with 2 bathrooms (handy with teenagers) and the huge balcony, Sky tv and basic air conditioning boosted with freestanding units. Lots of crockery and cutlery but take/buy cleaning products. Towels were changed twice in a ten day stay which was very good. The apartment is 5 minutes from the beach where you can always get a sunbed and try out the water sports. 10 minutes by taxi (the hotel bus was not working!) into the old town but just a few minutes walk from numerous bars, shops and good restaurants (the sizzling stone !!!) Mr Silva was extremely helpful, replying promptly by email if I had a question as I'd never booked privately before. We only had snacks in the hotel itself - toasted cheese etc which were very nice as it was difficult to work out what was happening in the restaurant as most people seemed to have an 'all inclusive wristband' . Much time and effort seems to have gone into the maintenance of the pools and gardens which were very nice and well kept. Get up early (9am) if you want a sun bed with an umbrella and take a drink as its a walk to go and get one ( no food permitted) . A mixture of ages with some enjoying Zumba in the pool at 11am and pool party dancing at 4pm. Mr Siva's apartment is really good value for money and was a great base for the family to enjoy Albufeira.

march 2016

we stayed here for a week in march. the apartment is a great size, in a great position within the complex and we had a fantastic stay there. facilities are great and when the sun shines the big balcony gets it all day. i'll definitely be back. Ricardo was great host - prompt and reliable. the beach is a short walk through the complex and there are several really good restaurants, cafes and bars nearby without having to visit the strip. Albufeira is inly 4 euros in a taxi. all in all this is a great spot.
